Re: ▂▆ ▇ █ BOT █ ▇ ▆▂ ARBI HFT Bot Triangular Arbitrage [Poloniex] [OKEx] [Yobit]

Review.

It most certainly works.  Long time user with Arbi on Polo.  I'd love to try it on OKEX but that whole "we want your passport and your bloodtype before we unlock withdraw fucnctions /s" thing throws me.  I use a remote server that is around 5-10 bucks a month and make enough to pay for that.  How much a month?  I can neither confirm or deny that I have this bot.

WHAT TO LIKE:  Instant support.  I mean he's not going to hold your hand and talk you though things and you will have to bone up on a few things.  My greatest tool is a Linux command line book and it has helped tremendously.  I haven't done programming since the 90's and all that experience is useless mostly.  Sort of.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT GET:  Settings.  Don't ask and don't tell.  It's for the best.  Arbitrage is competitive.  It takes a while to figure out what works best for you.

WILL I GET BURNED?:  There was a gnosis pump and dump last year?  (I forget the time) and I got stuck holding a bag of useless coin.  I lost about 80 bucks I think.  It was dumb of me to keep pushing the amount per trade but say-lava-ee.  This bot must complete trades at that moment to be most effective.  Every now and then trades will get in that "open order" status, but the cool thing is this bot will sell trading currency not designated as your base for a profit.

And you will accumulate dust.  Amazingly small amounts of dust.  I "try to" like this because it helps me fight my OCD and it shows just how good the accounting is with some exchanges.

Switched from Digihash thinking I would save with the reduced pool fee.  5% to 1.5%

Sadly this is not the case.

I only make about 650 DGB per 24 hours with 20 GH of Skein.  This is after a week.

Back to Digihash.

PS Also the blocks factory does this weird little thing where all the miners get "reset" and it takes a good 45 minutes to get the hashrate back. - What the hell is that?

Digihash looks like a very, very small pool.  It must be great if/when you get a payout.  What is your rate of return?

The pool does payout but I was getting a bit over 900 on Digihash - which seems like an even smaller pool, with a higher fee.  But Digihash is actively maintained.

I've read this entire thread and I still can't find the evidence that the developer for DSTM did some sort of greedy thing.

Is this a case of someone not wanting to pay the software fee and just calling the developer "greedy"  for justification?

That would not be a good example of "using your words"

Is this just a shell?

Hopefully you can point out why I should use this on top of existing mining programs with good economics.

Thanks

You could try 65% PL, and rise MemoryClock and get the extra hashrate.

Thanks

Did not rise all that much.  Still danced around 48 to 49.5 at PL 65%.  Raised mem clock to 725 and PL to 71% again to get 51 mH.

BUT...

your settings may save more on power costs.

5 1080ti's

power limit:  71%  memory clock +456 mHz

Getting 49 mH on each card.  Temp 55 C

Nice.

Thanks

PS:  Tried running it with Nicehash 2022 but no change.  That would have been (awwww+awww+ awww+aww)

My gunbot hasn't bought or sold anything since the 27th.  Using emotionless.  The reversal buying function would be nice right about now.  Whatever happened to that?  The function is not with any of the buying strategies.

My arbi went a bit crazy:

1600 or so arbitrages in about 15 minutes.  No completions though.. (that would have been amazing)

How'd this happen?

I should be clear:

The USDT-XXX pairings were the ones that I had trouble with.  Personally,  ETH-USDT and BTC-USDT would be perfect pairs but the exchange only allows USDT as the base in those two examples.  I'm not really bummed out.  I run GUnBot on a computer rig that I mine with anyway.

So far - so good.  might even spring for the deluxe package.  I'll get back to you around May for the long term profit.

I've made a bit more than 0.6% in my first day.  The first hour was pretty difficult.  The exchange that I selected has pairs that the GunBot won't accept but that I really wanted and so I had to work by trial and error to figure out which one work.

They replied.  A bit longer than "4-8 hours" but all seems well so far.

That's all it was - a slightly longer delay.

Seriously,

I used the official reseller list (from gunthy.com) and tried "coinrebels" and used the website.  Sent 0.02BTC.

     So,

Well, so far nothing.  Nothing on telegram, nothing on facebook, nothing on email.

Did I get scammed?

(0.65% 0f 840x10^6 is 5,460,000 coins)

If this premine was somehow able to be placed on Yobit before the fork and slowly sold off at roughly 5 bucks per LCC.  (Lets just say 25 million bucks)

     Actually - it wasn't slowly.

The volume placed LCC in the top ten of cryptos on it's second day (with volume roughly 135 million), and the volume now is something around $500,000 and.

     That's quite a haul.

This is almost like an "invasion of the body snatchers" scam.   "They look like people, sound like people....."  The dev team did everything by the book.  I am (grudgingly) sort of happy that most exchanges passed on this.

If there are any bits of evidence to this it would be with YoBit.  Were there discussions beforehand about delaying the wallet code to prevent outsiders (you and me) from selling?

I personally think that the withholding of the wallet code for withdrawals and deposits was evil genius "Ocean's 13" sort of brilliant.   Hopefully this will be a dying trend due to compliance and weary jaded investors.

LOL so much fud.
The premine is sitting at the devs address. better put my tinfoil hat on.

You're probably right but not quite tinfoil hat right.  Also no dumping at this point - where's the volume for dumping? Also the scenario that I pointed out would have worked quite well if it was done.  (Wanna start a coin?  Ethereum Cash?)

I wrote "I am grudgingly happy that most exchanges passed on this"

On second thought - this scheme would have only come to pass if just YoBit and, say, some tiny tiny exchanges picked up on the offering.  (If it were a get rich quick scheme...)

If other exchanges - or even one - exchange with a large volume picked up LCC, then the "bot box" could not have been sustained at YoBit.  The price scenarios could have gone quite differently.

At this point, LCC may not have been a scam but it was a bit like printing a lot of money on the promise that others would get some too.

Remember guys:

If you don't fork over proper patronage to major exchanges - your fork will die.

(Wasn't there a Japanese movie in the 50's with Toshiro Mifune about improper patronage?)

Yobit closed LCC deposits and CryptoBridge has three times lower price. Any idea when Yobit will open deposits and is CryptoBridge safe?

YoBit hasn't allowed deposits or withdrawals since the fork.  They did quickly honor the LTC to LCC "forkdrop" on existing YoBit LTC wallets, but that amazing dream of selling all that wonderful newly minted LCC was exactly that - a dream.

I wonder if the Devs had a bunch of LTC parked on YoBit for exactly this purpose.  Supposedly they have a large premine for development and I don't know if they can sell it for going YoBit prices.  That would be quite the haul and worth the pretense of a legitimate seeming fork if they did arrange that!

Cryptobridge is fine
