As I know turmeric has many uses and good for human health such as:
1. Anti inflammatory (inflammation)
Volatile oil content in turmeric has demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity,
2. Rheumatoid Arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis)
As an antioxidant, curcumin can neutralize free radicals, chemicals can in the body and cause more damage to healthy cells and membranes. This is important in many diseases, one of which is arthritis, where free radicals cause arthritis that causes pain and injury to joints.
