First, a bit of disclaimer: we're a blockchain project ourselves, so any tough comment that we make here on blockchain projects as a whole is potentially a criticism for ourselves as well.

What we are seeing is that more serious, quality projects are being developed than ever before, and that the number of straightforward scams that been greatly reduced. Nevertheless, many projects still aren't answering the list of key questions well:

• Where is your market?
• What value can you create?
• Why do you need blockchain?
• Are you able to make it happen?

As a result, many projects have (i) failed to deliver, (ii) delivered a service / product that is inferior because they have to put it "on-chain" even though there is dubious benefit in doing so, or (iii) has a great product but the market is not ready for it. There is a collective mindlessness in the community in this regard.

We think that blockchain projects and specifically ICOs / STOs should learn from the successes and failures of traditional business venturing and entrepreneurship. This way, we can have a better chance to grow as a community.

We will verify the quality of the entries at the end of the campaign.

We continue to note attempts at spamming our Campaign Participation Form, and we have just deleted a few dozen illegitimate entries.

We want to assure all real participants and potential participants that we are a serious project, and that we plan to launch our full platform in Q4 2019.

Our seriousness extends to our Bounty Campaign:

• 1. We will confirm the validity of all entries.
• 2. We will evaluate the quality of each entry, as higher quality entries will earn more points.
• 3. Only entries that meet all criteria set out in the Campaign Announcement can qualify.

What is the bounty allocation?

1. IdeaFeX allocates 1% of the total supply of IFX (10,000,000 IFX) and 1% of the funds that we raise through ICO (capped at 580,000 EUR) to the Pre-ICO session of the Bounty Campaign.
2. All valid participations will count towards Token Points and/or Cash Points, which will entitle the participant a share of the tokens or cash allocated to the Bounty Campaign.

How to enter each component of the Bounty Campaign?

2. For REFERRAL, personal links can be generated in our ICO page. It will be live in April.
3. For ORIGINAL CONTENTS, the participant creates qualifying contents and share them via social media.
4. For REGIONAL COMMUNITIES, the participant organizes local communities. One winner per region will also be chosen as Official Regional Community (with continued incentives in the future).
