I am just starting a business and I’m still learning. It is up and coming. I do photography and I do pet photography. I sell photography prints, different gifts. I have a few friends who are fashion photographers. We help each other out. I don’t have a set type of business yet. I am just figuring it out.

Re: Graphics designers deserve more

In our world today, I strongly believe graphics designers deserve more, because we are the brain behind brands, client needs to understand this job is not a easy one, The pay is too small also, Am a professional graphics designer, my experience has tought me not settle for less, Graphics designers all over the world needs to stop accepting poor payment just because they are looking for job.

Note: This post is what I feel not to cause misunderstanding on the forum, Thanks.
The solution is simple ... Never accept offers that below your standards .

But the problem here is that since the competition is tight and there are so much worker than projects , then the value of each work is drowning to the lowest cost.

each of designer is offering lower and lower payment just to gain jobs.

A designer spends a lot of time and energy to get something perfect but the time he get a job, he will probably compromise on the design because he is not really getting good money.
This is the tragic side of the design industry. But it is true.

The graphic design market has been very competitive for years, but the past 20 years have witnessed some of the most seismic changes in the graphic design landscape. The entry of new computer technology has changed the nature of how many graphic designers work. Graphic design as a discipline and profession has evolved in parallel with the development of computer graphic software. Many graphic designers now take work that does not require the full skillset of a graphic designer and use this to market their personal services or enter into freelance work. With the advent of the internet, freelance graphic designers can easily and quickly set up a business, to target the ever growing need for designers.

The key, however, is to ensure you have the right skills. Graphic designers require a special set of skills to get a job well done. If you're eager to find some career success in the graphic design sector, you're going to have to prove your talent and your worth over and over again.

Re: Can One Become Rich As A Salary Earner?
by
idrinkchocolatemilk
on 15/09/2021, 23:11:37 UTC
"Rich" is a subjective term. It depends on who is being asked. If someone asks if I'm rich, I'll answer that I make enough to live comfortable, be able to do what I want, and enjoy my life. My family and I live comfortably and have everything that we need.

Of course, there are people who make more money than me, and some people who live in a much nicer home than I do. However, there are more people who do not make more money than me, who do not have more space to live, who have much less than I do, and who do not have any of the material things that I have.

However, being rich, in my eyes, is relative to how comfortable I feel with my life.

Re: People of btctalk, what kind of pet do you have at home?

I am the proud owner of a German Shepherd and an American Pit Bull.

Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad.
I guess you could say that the bad ones come with the good ...

Good, bad, ugly, the choice is yours.  Grin

The breed of dog you choose is scary to me, they have a large body and are very suitable for guarding our homes.

That's the point. I want a dog with an intimidating presence when it comes to strangers approaching my property. I don't need a dog to fight off any random intruder, but I don't want the dog to cower when someone comes to the gate.

Re: What do you know about Alsatians Dogs

Alsatians dogs dont usually grow a lot of hair so...

...But in fact, the Alsatian and German Shepherd Dog is the same breed of dog.

It seems that someone is wrong here.  Wink

Since I also own a German Shepherd, I can guarantee that they grow lots of hair and can be labor-intensive to maintain. Especially during the spring shedding.

I believe he wants to create a site where people can upload and sell their content, and he wants to take a commission.

OP, why not set up a normal Bitcoin payment processor (for example, a BTCPay server) that collects all payments in one wallet, and then make payments to members from the backend, periodically, based on how many sales were made?

I don't know why you find it so strange.
Thats simply because your account is newbie anyway, maybe you have a point. Lurking around here isnt about rank. But maybe countering someones post like its been answered many times. Sounded like yout been here for a longg time inspite of your rank. But thats normal, maybe you used guest account and only doing reading here berfore am I right?

You pretty much answered yourself. I have a tendency to familiarize myself with the community before I join, as I have done countless times so far.
It probably has something to do with a trait I inherited from using Usenet many years ago. Things were a lot different then than they are today...

There is no need to ask questions that have already been answered a million times and the answers are readily available.
How do you know the above question has been asked a million times and answered a thousand times when you have just admitted that you are still a newbie? Really intrigued me.

Many newbie don't even know what they are going to post first and where to post it. That's what I actually experienced from the first time. Afaik, not many newbie are interested in gambling or following games and Round since he/ she first posted. It is funny.

I don't know why you find it so strange. This isn't the first forum I've encountered. It may be that I am part of an older generation of users here, so I am more at home in forums than, say, new social networks that I can't even name. Most of the forums I know have similar rules, and one of them is "Read before you post," which is especially important for new members. The topic Rengga Jati has already recommended is one that I personally find very helpful. As you may have noticed, I didn't register here yesterday, but I have full access to the forum as a newbie, just like a senior member. And I spent much time lurking on this site before I even registered.

Even though I'm new to the world of cryptocurrencies, gambling has always been one of my favorite pastimes. In fact, this isn't even the biggest gambling community I'm a member of.

Re: It feel good to see Bitcoin going well

The cryptocurrency market has bounced back in a big way since May's lows. Bitcoin is back over $40,000, with many other cryptos following suit. While a run like this makes it very likely that cryptocurrencies will soon go to $100,000 or more, there are many that believe that it could end as soon as this week. For those who have an interest in buying Bitcoin, the 2021 year has brought on plenty of opportunities to make a killing.
