The one minute time frame is possible when you use the 'Up&Down' option. Also when you make a withdrawal with bitcoin, you must also add the transaction fee of 0.0001. We hope this clears any misunderstanding.

As those numbers are set by the directors of the company, we cannot give a certain answer to that. However, a tentative assumption would be that the reward changes according to the number of transactions of that asset.
