duckdice.io is not a legitimate bookmaker, is it? It's unbelievable that a professional live chat can lie. My account was closed for no reason. Customer service said I accidentally pressed logout. But all the money in my account was withdrawn by me, but I dont deny it, 263 usdt mentioned that the account took several hours, and finally let me send an email to them to deal with it, and then told me that they dont welcome such players. You have failed to mention the multiple other accounts you've created to bypass the sportbets restrictions that were imposed on you due to arbitrage. Multiple accounts which you've accessed from the same mobile device + laptop aswell as same money source.
You're also failing to mention how you were insisting you have no multiple accounts, and once I provided you some evidence to this fact, you stated that you only wanted to "test" something out.

The admins and the technical team know 100% that you are not the real owner of the account. You can not even name the email address associated with the account you claim it's yours, your whole story with "I've lost my phone so can't access it" is also a fabrication, as that account has never been accesed via mobile ( you had no way of knowing that so you assumed the phone story will fit your make belief story).

as per previous discussions, this user is definitively a scammer and not the original owner of the account he is currently claiming to be him, just scroll back through the thread to see why and how he is achieving this --- he is using multiple BTT accounts claiming to be different users as well to try to achieve this but thought it's worth highlighting as it can get lost in the mass of posts

It's possible that the email was delayed or blocked by your email provider or that the email was sent to your spam or junk folder.
I would suggest checking your spam or junk folder to see if the email was filtered there.
Actually I've said you haven't contacted us via live support! But I do understand at this point you're simply throwing stones in the dark hoping anything will stick your make belief story.
Anyway, you have lied about the emails, you have lied about the 1036 USDT deposit (which you conveniently ignore the requests for a transaction hash), and while I know that you are our notorious trustpilot/bitcointalk blackmailer, I have tried to engage you and deal with this case as any other player who actually needs help resolving an issue.
P.S. - OP, in some of the fake trustpilot reviews you've made from multiple accounts you probably dropped the ball and set the same email to different trustpilot profiles ( assuming since you're using countless of them you didn't realise it), and coincidentally you happened to put the same email in the trustpilot fake profiles as the one you've posted here in your OP.

I'll repeat once more, the account OP claims is his HR account, has never been accesed via a mobile phone, never! ( OP claims he lost his phone, thus access to duckdice, email, etc), so what I'm saying, the real owner of the account always played on it from other types of devices , never phones.. But OP didn't have any way of knowing that, so the story I lost my phone and can't access my account anymore made sense to him.
A point I've made earlier aswell, which he ignored as it doesn't fit in his trying to takeover a HR account scenario.
Regardless think we've adressed this matter enough and as long as there are no further clarifications needed I won't be addressing this thread anymore.

I had already commented on this in a previous post, your case is a very delicate and very strange case because you lost your cell phone and access to your casino account, your wallet... but it turns out that in the casino you didn't have any money, and you it has been inactive for some time, so the bonus you are claiming will no longer be available, I am not an employee of the casino but I believe that the casino has rules about the bonus and it is not an eternal bonus, so I do not understand why you simply do not report that you no longer have access to the old account and that for this reason you request that you create another account and start playing and one day you will reach the level where your old account was

And lets review you your 1st post on this forum was about you loosing a phone with $78000 of crypto on it.
Then you went to blame duckdice because you lost your phone and did not have a way of recovering your account.
Perhaps you should stick to traditional banks and casinos, this way you don't have to worry about protecting your money or your accounts. Since it really looks like you can't do it yourself.

This complaint is from 2018 ..
and is resolved .. If every casino had one complaint every 4 years, it would mean that this casino has extremely poor marketing since it attracts so few players that it has so low number of complaints. (It is known that very often complaints are made by people who were simply unlucky and lost money)
