There are 3 sections on the site - Discussions, Approved Projects and Archive.

Discussions - a place where users can add their discussions, projects, communicate without restrictions.
It is from this section that admins will take projects for the Confirmed Projects section.

Approved Projects - in this section are accepted projects.
We analyze their profitability, put up a rating and attach a wallet to block funds.

Users can block their funds on this wallet for the duration of the project, in exchange for a portion of the profits earned during its implementation.

THESE FUNDS WILL BE RETURNED TO USERS IN FULL VOLUME!

To implement the project, we use our own funds, which received with the help of a special commission from our coin.
All revenue from the project will be divided between users who have blocked funds in the project wallet.

Many thanks to the creators of the ELP coin for such an idea. Unfortunately, they overreacted the task, and everything is solved much easier.
