I think the coin is dead - the last update of the github wallet was 7 years ago. If this is not the case, then the developers need to contact Yobit

I was really sad to know what happened to your brother in law.
I always was curious to know who was maintaining chainz.cryptoid.info alive. I now have the answer. Thanks for all of us.
You said you've set up couple of servers.
If you think it could be relevant, I can add one as well to have another node as transfers are very limited due to the very small infrastructure.
I also raised a yobit ticket for pending transactions one month ago.
I can open another one for maintenance request.
And last, I'm still the icoin.world domain owner. If you have any idea, I can rebuild a small website.

As far as I know servers are not over-utilized now, but if you want you can build additional one. The code is here https://github.com/theicoinproject/sourceCode/tree/master/Version0
I think we should check the code and make it up-to-date.
Website could be really helpful, we can use it as a wiki and then transform it to the "real one"
