锁仓即为将没有想要变动的 BITO 锁定在 BitoPro 交易所的个人资产帐户中，锁仓中的 BITO 无法进行挂单买卖交易或提领。锁仓不仅可防止在交易时不小心卖出过多的 BITO，亦可参与 BitoPro 守币人奖励计画，获得额外的 USDT 收益。

（四）什么是手续费分配比例？
手续费分配比例即为 BitoPro 将实际收取的手续费收益返还给所有参与锁仓用户的比例，守币人奖励计画将从 2019/4/29 开始，持续进行3个月。

2019/4/29 至 2019/5/26 手续费分配比例为 70%
2019/5/27 至 2019/6/23 手续费分配比例为 60%
2019/6/24 至 2019/7/28 手续费分配比例为 50%


（五）如何计算锁仓可以获得多少 USDT？
BitoPro 提供分配计算小工具，可进入个人「资产管理」页面，点击「锁仓」，输入欲锁仓数量，后台将使用上周全站分配USDT 数量计算在这个周期中，得出此笔锁仓『预估』可得的USDT 数量，『实际』奖励发放数量以当周期结算日为准。


（六）如何计算个人权重？什么是锁仓日期权重？
BitoPro 守币人奖励计画是对长期持有BITO 用户的鼓励计画，因此分配奖励中的个人权重将依照锁仓数量与锁仓日期来计算，计算方式为：个人权重= 锁仓BITO 数量*锁仓日期权重，锁仓日期权重依据每笔锁仓日期而逐步递减，详情请参阅锁仓日期权重对照表 https://bitopro.zendesk.com/hc/zh-tw/articles/360027049771


（七）可以解除锁仓吗？该怎么解锁？
锁仓中的 BITO 可随时解锁，一旦解锁，所有锁仓笔数都会一起解锁，且个人权重将归零，锁仓数量和锁仓日期权重都将重新计算。

需要解锁时用户可登入帐号，进入到个人「资产管理」-「锁仓」页面，点击「解除锁仓」，输入OTP验证，即完成解锁步骤。

（八）活动有没有什么限制？
在活动时间内，参与锁仓用户需进行身份验证至 Level 1，单笔最小锁仓数量为 10,000 BITO。


（九）如何计算奖励周期？什么时候结算与发放奖励？
奖励周期由您第一笔锁仓纪录开始计算，依据您锁仓日期的次一个周一 00:00 结算，并于结算当周三中午 12:00 进行奖励发放。

It would refill your keypool with 100 new keys derived from your key seed.

Then get the address.

It would return a new address until your key pool is empty.

There is a fixed key in each wallet,

It would return the fixed key, which is using for authentication.

Abstract
Gcoin is the next generation of open-source digital currency. It is based on a mutually verifiable distributed ledger (the “blockchain”) that enables bottom-up participation in financial markets and remittance networks. Gcoin adopts permissioned blockchains and a multi-role structure and that allows it to closely model real-world systems. ‘G’ represents ‘Governance’ and ‘Global,’ with the former referring to permissioned blockchains. Conclusion
