I am whitefire customer and using his private BS. Its $16 - $20 per day revenue on $4000 board. I am also not running the board at its full potential. You can add 10 - 20% on top of $16 - $20 per day revenue if you provide good cooling to board.
You can do rest of the math.
Ok, Thank you for clarification. Can you also report Does BS have any integrated devfee and what profit it generates without devfee?
So interesting thing say that algorithm and coin are private. Nobody can verify it. Some illiterate customers bought a boards for very high price and make you 200% profit. But board can do any amount of money per day and anybody can't confirm it.

There is no real information where is money and Even If xilinx got it there is no information about contract details.
Case 1: I mine in secret, I get the full profit from 12 FPGA's
Case 2: I release the bitstream for coin-X publicly; I keep mining coin-X with my 12 FPGA's, plus I get 4% of the revenue of the 250 public FPGA's (0.04 * 250 = 10). So now I essentially 'have' 12 real FPGA's + 10 'virtual' FPGA's = 22 FPGA's. BUT, since the network hash rate doubled, the profit for each FPGA is now half of what it was when I was mining in secret. So my 'new' 22 FPGA's are reduced to just 11 FPGA's if you compared them to when I was mining in secret. This is less than the 12 FPGA's I started off with.
So, with a 4% fee, I actually make less by distributing the software publicly than I would by mining in secret. The development fee would have to be more than 4% (in some cases way more) to actually make more by making software public.

So, after almost 2 weeks since keccak bitstream release, does anyone succeed to mine keccak with whitefire's work and Xilinx card ?

Whitefire does not provide a mining software for run mining on PC. It still for last 2 week at download section on his website.

Our company named "Coloco Group" and we are in FPGA-mining for a several years. There are some photos of our hardware. It's based on Xilinx ML605 PCB.
This PCB was replicated by our engineers.

I can confirm that dev-kits discussed here (VCU1525, etc.) is a very high-cost solution. Because it was designed only for development purposes. This PCB have a great number of unused elements and many electronic components are very expensive (TI power modules, branded (SAMSUNG, TDK, PANASONIC) passive components (resistors, ferrites, capacitors, etc.), therefore it have a bad ROI, and it does not suitable for mining tasks.
We created a design and ready to manufacture a new version of FPGA-mining device. It will be a Plug-n-Play device, with integrated hashing firmware and control unit with ethernet-port and web-interface. All Boards in one metal box with cooling fans. No additional PC or other equipment needed. We forecast a 2x more powerful hashrate than at VCU1525, and a half total price at the same time!
We will represent our product ASAP, also with a Keccak bitstream for testing, and unlike an OP with a complete mining software for real MaxCoin network.
If anyone has a Verilog/VHDL-editions of any mining-algorithm please contact me via PM or mdc@coloco.biz. We can discuss a dev fee for integration of your algorithm implementation to our board.

Yes, your statement is correct. But note that there is no mining software was released for this board.

It can't be true! Due to memory bandwidth limitation. There is a lot of many FPGA-mining manipulations last time, IMHO it's only a marketing strategy of some dev-kits distribution corps.
Can anyone prove or at least give some evidence that this FPGA hash rate and power consumption is true?

There is no windows (EXE) miner application was released to check it...
whitefire had stated that this algo was meant to test the thermal limits and insure the functions. if this one works for you, he said all the others will work.......
IMHO, He start this algo only for this reasons:
1) This algo already was released for FPGA and placed as VHDL/Verilog sources at github. OP does not wrote his own hashing-core design, He done only adaptation to specific FPGA-board;
2) This is a very simple and smallest hashing algorithm that can get maximum performance on FPGA. Any other algos discussed in this threads will use a more FPGA's logic cells and therefore it
will cause a less performance (profitability).
