Sounds like a continuation of a scam...remember when the first round of swapping CSC came in and the old coins were switched for the new CSC but with a new board and management?...isn't this what GAW did with it's miners that were swapped out for HASCHCOIN then for PAYCOIN..? Seems like I've seen this movie before....BTW, not a bystander...but a very early adopter, miner and HODLER...have been waiting years for this to change course..seems like it was a waste and like I said another BS switch...

Would that be 'casinos' using the closed loop Prypto system to accept customer deposits (which is what everyone is waiting for with baited breath) or 'casinos' using CSC as a payment method to purchase services, such as location confirmation etc?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think that (Prypto) experiment failed?

Prypto was an elaborate pump & dump. Granted, it brought the price floor up from all the hype, but it's clear now that Prypto was never going to launch anything, and all of their "announcements" were fabrications.
Not to be a downer, but one/some of the "directors" have Prypto ties, https://www.linkedin.com/in/duncan-cameron-5234b961/, Duncan lists Prypto under his past work, and worked with/for Caldwell according to their linked in pages at ""Crypto Gaming Services"..https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/people/?facetCurrentCompany=%5B%2218291958%22%5D....just saying.....but I am hoping for the best. Time will tell.

I have a small farm of 36GPUs (gigabyte windfire & saphire 280x's), been running "ethos" for past year but month by month it has become more and more unstable with cards dropping out,  so 1 or 2 per rig won't mine, and speeds dropped for 280x's from 19mh now down to 13-14mh. Would the hash be higher running claymore in windows on get off ethos?

Why is the wallet taking sooooooooooooooo long to sync its been two days now and am still at 49 wees behind? internet speed 25M.?
-snip-

-snip-

Set server=1

Make sure your firewall is allowing access to that machine through 47970.

Been a long time since I've solo mined anything but from what I can remember everything else looks good.

thanks, that didn't work, trying to check if the port is open or not....

Why is the wallet taking sooooooooooooooo long to sync its been two days now and am still at 49 wees behind? internet speed 25M.?

the chain is only a ~gig try restarting your wallet

by 25m do you mean mbit?

even so though your dl cap is ~3 mb per sec.

I'd reccomend to restart the wallet and your computer and internet. check your conf file mine looks like this:
listen=1
daemon=1
server=0
rpcuser=XXXXXXX
rpcpassword=XXXXX
rpcconnect=127.0.0.1
rpcallowip=127.0.0.1
rpcport=47970
addnode=seed.casinocoin.org:47950
addnode=seed1.casinocoin.org:47950
addnode=seed2.casinocoin.org:47950
addnode=seed3.casinocoin.org:47950
addnode=107.170.240.40:47950
addnode=50.116.32.4:47950
addnode=99.249.22.39:47950
addnode=81.169.131.31:47950
maxconnections=80

it took 12 hrs for me the first time (it takes way less time now that there are more people) check around for ways to speed up your wallet the conf files are nearly identical i think it is normally change max connections. but as long as it matches mine the 2.0 wallet from scratch took me 2 hrs. User and Pass are for mining thats why they are XXXXXX.

Hope this helps and Good Luck

Any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.
I am a total noob at solo mining, have an asic running on a rasp. pi.
I have the ip address of the machine my wallet is running saved in the
asic rasp. pi mining settings as the pool url, do I need the port #47970 after the ip address?
like this? http://192.168.0.xxxx:47970? either way it won't work.

the Conf file is saved in the "...\AppData\Roaming\CasinoCoin...." folder
do I need to run a command in the QT wallet to start the server?(I didn't see any "server" commands in the  help)

I saved the conf file after each time I played with it then restarted the wallet and then the asic,
but it's still not mining, the status says "Connection to Miner API failed"

this is my conf file:

listen=1
daemon=1
server=0
rpcuser=my-user-name
rpcpassword=my-password
rpcallowip=192.168.0.xxx(my asic address)
rpcport=47970
