How I can received answer from Crypterium? because support@crypterium.com and If I wrote on Apps, I don't received any answer.

Today I have a very big shock when I try to convert Bitcoin to EUR in Infinitum Flame system. (add EUR to MASTERCARD balance).

Here situation:
I try convert btc to EUR (btc 0.002954  = 13,49EUR, here Infinitum Flame system).
