Re: Free E-Book - How To Make Money Online

torusJKL - If you go to http://www.impulsecorp.com/download-my-ebook-for-free you will see I already have it available for download in epub format.

n2004al  - Yes, what vengeful said is correct. After the initial flurry of interest, it will probably get very few downloads on my blog. Everybody who wants to read it will have read it already. By putting it on Amazon.com, it opens it up to millions of new readers. Amazon does not allow an author to price a book at $0, other than for a 7 day special promotion which I plan to do.  I may eventually lower the price to 99 cents on Amazon, but I worry that may make the book seem less valuable, which causes people to appreciate it less.  I can't keep giving it away for free on my blog and sell it on Amazon, if I want to be part of the KDP Select program (https://kdp.amazon.com/select), which puts the book in Kindle Unlimited and Lending Library. Both of these services allow a huge number of people to read the book for free, and I still get paid a small free, just like music streaming sites such as Spotify pay an artist a few pennies every time you listen to their song. To be part of KDP Select, an author is not allowed to sell the book on any other site or to give it away for free anywhere. Once I am done giving it away on my blog, I will make the book part of KDP Select.

Also, one of the key factors to selling a book on Amazon is having a lot of reviews, so by giving the book away, it helps increase the number of reviews. Had I not given it away, there is a good chance it never would have received any reviews.

Free E-Book - How To Make Money Online
by
impulsecorp

For a limited time I am giving my e-book away for free at http://www.impulsecorp.com/download-my-ebook-for-free . It is called "How To Make Money Online" and although the book is about my various business ventures on the Internet over the past 20 years, several chapters are about cryptocurrencies. For example, in one chapter I discuss my experience with Bitcoin cloud mining, and in another chapter I talk about all of the various Bitcoin 2.0 type currencies. You do not have to give your email address or register to get my e-book, and I am not trying to sell or promote anything.

I now accept WeAreSatoshi as a payment method at my online florist at http://www.cheapflowers.com . CheapFlowers.com has been in business since 2002 and started accepting Bitcoins earlier this year via Bitpay.com. A few weeks ago I setup CheapFlowers.com to accept all the cryptocurrencies traded at C-Cex. I am using the C-Cex merchant tool, but a lot of custom programming was involved to integrate it with my site.

When you place an order, you will see 3 payment options:
1. Credit Card
2. BitCoin
3. A drop down list of other cryptocurrencies. WeAreSatoshi is on that list.

SecondsOld and Depredation - I have no idea what either you are talking about. My site is not an altcoin and has nothing at all to do with creating altcoins or selling anything cryptocoin related. I started CheapFlowers.com in 2002, so it is one of the oldest online florists. And, I have been running my own Internet business since 1995.

If you are interested, you can read the story on my blog of how I started CheapFlowers.com by buying a retail flower store 3000 miles away from me even though I had never visited it, never owned a store or worked in one, and knew nothing about flowers. See my posting at http://www.impulsecorp.com/how-i-bought-a-flower-store .

My online florist at http://www.cheapflowers.com now accepts over 100 cryptocurrencies.  I have been taking bitcoin payments for the past 8 months, but only started accepting altcoins last week. I use my own custom programmed payment system, which works in conjunction with the c-cex.com merchant service, so any coin that they trade will automatically be part of my system.

I could be wrong about this, but as far as I know, my store accepts more cryptocurrencies than any other website. If that is not the case, I am pretty sure I accept more cryptocurrencies than any other online florist. I would be interested to hear from other people if I am incorrect about any of that.

Cex.io is still generating around a 100% annual return, plus the fact that you can sell it to get your original investment back, so the fact that it is a few cents a day is not the point. The point is you could invest a lot more and make 100%. The problem is that there is risk.  But, yes, if you have only a small amount of money to invest, then the few cents a day return is a problem.

That is a hard question to answer. From my 8 days of trying it so far, I would say it is better and easier than non-cloud mining (although I have never actually done any non-cloud mining). It all depends on how you interpret the results I posted in my review at http://www.impulsecorp.com/strike-it-rich-with-bitcoin-cloud-mining (I updated the results yesterday, and they are still earning at the same rate today).

2 of my cloud mining purchases are making over 100% annual returns, which is amazing. But, we will see in a few months if they really end up making that much. There are huge risks with Bitcoin mining, like the cloud companies could go out of business, hash rates will decreases, and the price of bitcoin could go down. Even if I make 100% on my money in a year, if I then decide it is "safe" and want to invest a lot more, by then all the potential profits may be gone. Just because it does well this year does not mean it will do well next year.

All I can say is I am pleasantly surprised so far by the results from cloud mining.

Thanks, I updated my blog posting with that new info now.
I was unclear from that Hashlet announcement about 2 things:
1. What the price of the Hashlet Prime will be.
2. If the Hashlet Solo has the same automatic upgrade feature of the Hashlet Prime.

I updated my posting at http://www.impulsecorp.com/strike-it-rich-with-bitcoin-cloud-mining with revised stats for the 3 cloud mining services that I reviewed. All 3 are doing just as well after 7 days as after 5 days, and CloudHashers is still paying out after a week even though when I bought it it seemed to indicate it would only pay out for 24 hours.  On the other hand it will take around 8 weeks to break even, so I have no idea if it will keep mining for that long. I will keep the results updated on my original blog posting.

I am not sure if the pass phrase copying issue is a bug or something that is permanant, but If I can't copy over my 12 word passphrase on Counterwallet.co, that is a deal breaker for me. I don't want to use an offline wallet, and there is no way I am going to retype 12 words just to login each time.

Lending Bits bits looks like a great project, but in the USA wouldn't it violate SEC laws? US companies are not allowed to issue bonds unless they register with the SEC, not to mention they are not allowed to advertise/promote that they are raising financing unless they register with the SEC (this is the "general solicitation" rule).

That is odd, it works now, but it went to a parked page when I tried it earlier. I added back a link to it in my blog posting now.
