i don't know the answer (probably something to do with the GPU/CPU compatibilities) but what is a thread concurrency? i want to mine with GUIminer but i have no idea what it is

How do I make a bitcoin faucet? I have a domain, and the things i want for it is
1. Uses Solvemedia for a CAPTCHA.
2. Uses cookies and IP addresses to disallow repeat visitors within 2 hours.
3. I can check the addresses that visitor have sent.
