ich bin momentan meine Trades in CoinTracking zu erfassen. Dabei bin ich über die Abbildung von Bounties gestolpert. Coins, die durch Bounties erworben werden (einmalig, nicht gewerblich), haben keinen Anschaffungsvorgang und können somit auch innerhalb der 1 jährigen Haltefrist steuerfrei verkauft werden. Bei CT habe ich die Coins als steuerfreie Einnahme hinterlegt. Wenn ich nun aber innerhalb der Haltefrist einen Trade anstoße, wird dieser mit Steuer als Short ausgewiesen. Bei Cryptotax hingegen korrekt als „Long / nicht steuerbar“. Welche Möglichkeiten habe ich das bei CT abzubilden?

Offering your disk space is called "hosting" or "farming" (In opposition to "mining"). You set up your own pricing, but you have to be competitive in order to get file contracts. Top hosts target to $1-2/Tb/month.
If have access to cheap HDDs, under certain scales and setups you could make ROI in less than a year. Right now the network is still underused, but the usage is growing fast, so probably in half year or 1 year good hosts will be able to host dozens of Terabytes an be profitable. Of course you'll still need cheap hardware (24/7 server-like infrastructure) and good bandwidth. But the advantages, compared to mining, is that electricity costs are minimal and there is not a increase in difficulty over time: if you remain competitive, you keep getting contracts
Hm, a 1TB hdd has an energy consumption of 5W. This would cost me around $1 per month to operate without any server infrastructure. Dont think that it is that easy to achieve ROI...

Read again what I said. The kid invested $1000 and was successful years later. If the kid were an adult and had no job, he would have sold his BTC at a price of $600 or even lower when he is in need of the money.
Monero isnt only CPU its also GPU. I need only CPU where GPUs are server sides disabled or something.

Wie ist jetzt der aktuelle Stand? BIP91 wurde doch aktiviert, oder? Das bedeutet doch, dass in den nächsten Stunden/Tagen Segwit aktiviert wird. Besteht dann noch das Risiko eines Hardforks? Wie sieht es aus mit dem 2MB Limit? Wer ist dafür und wer dagegen?

Reicht es aus das Full Backup nur einmal zu machen oder sollte man es regelmäßig machen? (Also wenn sich der Kontostand geändert hat)
Mindestens jedesmal nach einer Blackbyte-Transaktion, da diese nur lokal gespeichert werden!
Heißt das, dass der Wallet während der Blackbyte Distribution offen sein muss, um erreichbar zu sein?
Could someone please reminds me the role of ICN tokens? I thought that they will be used as a only way how to deposit to iconomi platform. But as I see I'm able to deposit also other coins so why to hold ICN then? If ICN and perhaps CFI would be only coins accepted on platform it could add a great value to them. Thanks!
Holding ICN makes you a shareholder of ICONOMI platform. You will benefit, because ICONOMI takes some percentages of their revenue and buys back / destroys ICN tokens resulting in an increase of value.

I can access their site, as well as facebook and twitter and slack. Do you guys even check before posting such Bu**shit??
They should update the web link in their first post. It redirects to their crowdsale and results in an 404 error.
