What exactly is a hApp, how does it differ from a dApp and what are its benefits both over dApps and regular apps? Are there any specific drawbacks?

This project could actually be interesting. I'm not completely sure how it would be implemented but it seems like the relationship between the renter and the landlord could benefit on both ends from the blockchain.

Im looking to sell my batch 1 z9 mini for $875, no psu or $950 with bitmain psu, plus s&h. It's stable at 681mhz (been there for about a month with no problems) averaging about 15k/sol. It'll ship from Michigan and the carrier/shipping options are completely up to you. The miner itself will come in the original packaging to protect it but if you get the psu I'll have to get a separate box for it and ship it separately so keep that in mind when considering shipping costs. I don't think we have a fedex or dhl in the area but the post office or UPS are both close. I don't work for bitfincoin but I did see somebody with the same problem. Apparently for security reasons withdrawals have been disabled until after the ICO has finished.
