Create a different group for each unique rigname. Apply the unique group to each corresponding rig in your rig list. Then they will show up as discrete and individual rigs on your pool.

how to set up miner and worker separately on each rig ? default is global, under web panel setings save miner on all rigs...

First specify Names for each rig.
Then in Red button options you need to use this text: $rigName
It will be replaced by rig name and send to each rig.
so if i have rigs:
saturn
mars
pluton

then after wiriting -s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.$rigName -p x
i will receive:
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.saturn -p x
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.mars -p x
-s zcl.coinmine.pl:7007 -u tytanick.pluton -p x

I have been using SMOS for months now I have 4 rigs, when I go to Ethermine.org to look at stats all my rigs are all under default name reported hash rate reflects only 1 rig, current hashrate and average hashrate will reflect the combined amount of all 4.

I so desperately want my rig name to show up individually, I want to monitor my rigs from work but I my company blocks Simplsmining.net and many sites but not Ethermine.org.

I have searched all over trying to get this $rigname thing down and working

I have tried several ways and each have not worked see below.... Cry Cry

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS/$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS/myrig01 -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS.$rigName -esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

-wd 1 -r 1 -epool stratum+tcp://us2.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal MYWALLET ADDRESS.myrig01-esm 0 -epsw x -allpools 1 -mport 127.0.0.1:3333 -asm 1

which is correct or where am I supposed to add all of my rig names with in setting and in what format...

Can someone help me out?

Alex

Hey Tytanick,

When you have a minute, can you please update Ethminer? You're a couple of iterations behind. 13 is the most recent stable iteration and SMOS is at 11. There have been improvements that will make a big difference to your clientele.

Link: https://github.com/ethereum-mining/ethminer/releases

Many thanks....

Hey Tytanick, I agree with nakan79 that you're doing a good job all on your own. You have a great product and you're moral which is more than I can say for many in your field.

Most of the requests that I see between here and the Rocket Chat that have merit tend to be about adding new and improved miner iterations and the rare genuine suggestion for improvement. These suggestions are not coming from noobs. They are coming from people who are using your work and understand it well. You should be focused on this group rather than trying to please all the people all the time. It's noble to wish to do that but it is a waste of your time.

GravityMaster did a good job of providing the noobs a FAQ. Maybe hire someone to do something similar but you just oversee it rather than writing it yourself.

Also, maybe you appoint someone to curate whatever you end up with as a forum, and then with the results from the curator, you then put the requests to a vote. I do think it would serve you well to draw a line between noobs and veterans and the banked funds are as good a way as anything else. It should probably be quite a bit higher than just five dollars. Maybe even $20 or higher. Anyone with a rig or two is unlikely to bank a bunch of money and at least that way you exclude some of the idiots from voting. It might even be an idea to have two forums. One for the veterans, and another for everyone else. And then have a moderator appointed to kick out the idiots that slip through. One thing I noticed about Rocket Chat is that there was no way to ban or silence any of the idiots. That took away from the experience a little. I think many of the really knowledgeable veterans grew tired of the more irritating participants and moved on.

Anyway, keep up the good work. What you've done and continue to do is very much appreciated by those who actually understand.

Any thoughts on that ? I want to make this pool as fair as possible.

400 pages in this topic proof the good work of developers. I think it makes no sense to pay special attention to the owners of a small number of rigs. Concentrate on the owners of large (10 + / 20 + / 50 +) rigs. Or just develop, as you see. You really make a good product.
From my point it makes huge difference.
Listening to only large farms is not something i want to do over small users.
Still you are right that bigger farms will have some features that are not wanted by single rig users.
The 5$ deposit was just making sure that somewone wont create multiple accounts for voting Tongue
I want to listen big farms and also single rig users.
From my point both are important and i dont want to focus on one of this group.
The most wanted features are forum, ccminer and OC groups.
In mean while there are some changes that needs to be done in code because it totally not optimized.
On the other hand, i am receiving few emails about some features but i cant really know what people really want.
So this voting pool would be good start point to see what people want and to do most wanted things Smiley
The voting system is something that i spoted in few exchanges and i guess it is good start.

Also i MUST implement some kind of forum and i will be looking into it soon.
If you guys have any recommendations about forums scripts then please offer here.
I will be looking into them and comparing with some top forum scripts.
The rocket chat was very good idea but right now it is a complete mess.
People can talk and can ask whatever they want but i think that too many people are asking the same over and over and chat inst good for this Smiley

The FAQ also will be totally rewritten when i will find some time Smiley

Anyway thanks guys for support Smiley

Also... I dig up something from my past Cheesy
IT IS VERY OLD and DEPREACED !!!!, but funny thing Smiley

The miner is now so stable and solid, I doubt there is much more that can be done to improve it.  That being the case, he should probably increase the fee to say 2.5% as the software is well and truly out of beta.  I get hashrates at least 4% better than the nearest competitor so I would accept a higher fee.  Can't say I would like it but I wouldn't complain about it as I am a firm supporter of capitalism and fees should be set as high as the market will bear.  Can't see any reason why he should lower the fee!  Doesn't make any sense at all to do so.

What are you, his brother?

Hey Tytanick, will you please give some consideration to adding bminer (https://www.bminer.me/releases/) to your next iteration? 5.3 is the latest version.

I too am finding that using it on Win 10 I get dramatically better results in conjunction with Nvidia GPU's.

DSTM's miner is kind of hit and miss and there is the eternal problem of it slowing down after it starts. I experience no such problems with bminer.

I'm actually getting demonstrably better hashrates and payouts using bminer on Flypool than using EWBF with no fee enabled. And that is allowing bminer's 2% fee.

There has been a lot of talk in this forum about enabling bminer by spoofing sgminer but I would just rather use it natively if you would be kind enough to add it when you can.

Many thanks.
