Re: Shall I HODL DOGE?
by
infer
on 13/05/2021, 14:11:18 UTC
I have some DOGE, received from faucets. Not much just around 500.

After the increase in the transaction fees of BTC, I have thought of converting my BTC and LTC to DOGE for the transactions and keep them as DOGE. On the second thought, I thought of converting my DOGE to LTC and keep.

I have gone through some articles about DOGE's future price and I got some 50-50 opinions. I discussed with my friend and he suggested me to hold till mid-2021, I can't say why till mid-2021.

It's true that many sites have started accepting DOGE, thus it is getting popular so there is a chance that the price may increase. Still, my knowledge says there are certain loopholes like there is no upper limit in mining DOGE and it is still much easier to mine compared to others. In short, the demand & cost curve is a bit of a failure here. Though one can't say what might happen after 20 years.

Here I want some expert advice on this. Whether it is a good idea to convert and hold or keep my DOGE reserve constant.

You shouldn't keep doge coins, that's my advice. Doge coin is not suitable for long-term investments. Doge coin is suitable only for short and profitable trades, so you can make a profit.
Not sure what in the future doge coin will develop well, everything is very ambiguous and nothing really confirms. Doge developers they don't paint the future for it. So keeping them for a long time carries a very high risk.

Re: Coins or Tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU.

Hello,
Can anyone introduce some coins or tokens with a good potential like SHIBA INU?
In the last 24h, that token increased about 468.20%.

Thank you.
In my opinion, I myself do not invest in shiba inu. Because its risk is so high, it can go up very high and can also go down very quickly.
As far as I'm aware, this dodongf coin shuba inu is unsafe, and is highly likely to be fraudulent. If you want to make a quick profit then trade short, it is not recommended to keep it. It can cost you all your money. Choose and invest in more suitable projects.

I came across this video( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2NE1OebVNw) the other day which refreshed my understanding of NFT!

Digora aims to bring Native Blockchain Gaming and Asset-Arewarding NFTs into the mainstream.

I don't know if it will be a success, but I'm looking forward to the performance of this project.

Looking for the next Doge...
Do not try to look for a next doge, as it is likely that you will encounter a scam. Instead, invest in reputable projects. In my view, that's what it is.
I do not deny that NFT is having very good projects and is of great interest to investors. But instead of waiting for a coin like doge to appear, invest in valuable coins....

Re: Is It Safe Now To Invest In Etheruem?

As we know the price of ethereum was increasing. Today I was searching for ethereum price but I see the ethereum price graph and the price was low. So, Is it safe now to invest in ethereum? Can I still earn profit from this coin? What should I do? Should I wait or not?
Ethereum investments are only for long-term investments. Short-term investments are not very beneficial. Its prices are still rising for several weeks now, though not by much.
Its current price is quite high, so consider your capital. Handle capital properly, and choose a good time to invest....

Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency
by

on 12/05/2021, 13:37:46 UTC
Believe me my friend, anywhere in the world, it is not easy to make money. If you see any airdrop that promises 100$, 200$, 300$, 500$ and above just for referring peeps, or sharing post online, then it is atmost 99% fraudulent.

Likewise, if you see trade signals that promises certainty, or bounties that promises you a fixed price for your token, be wary. It is not that easy nor realistic.
Money is not always easy to make. Profits always go hand in hand with risk. The higher the profit, the more risk. You can get rich overnight or lose quite a bit of capital. That's what the cryptocurrency market is all about.
Always be careful and patient. When starting a new project, you have to find out carefully, otherwise you will lose money....

Re: ETH and BSC

One of the reasons why binance smart chain becomes this big right now is because ethereum gas fee is very high and this force some projects to switch to BSC but what do you think will happen once ethereum gas fee goes lower in near few months? Will BSC faced same fate as binance DEX? Or BSC will remain the better option over ethereum?
They're both very good. Each currency has different features and disadvantages. Such as
Ethereum has always been dubbed the king of altcoins, its value higher than BSC, which is a suitable currency for long-term investments
Although Bsc is of lower value, it is common to choose it because Ethereum's transaction fees are quite expensive, this nature fixes the fees. At the same time, it is also a coin with high development potential.

Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL

By the end of 2020, along with the strong growth of Bitcoin, some people used the trust of many to scam.
For example:
- Create virtual projects,
- Create virtual tokens,
- Create an investment website for the purpose of calling for investment,
- Create an airdrop that calls for people to deposit fees to pay tokens
- ....
Everyone should be careful when participating in projects like that.
Thank you so much.
It's a useful piece of advice, thank you for sharing.
The electronics market is expanding and growing, accompanied by many risks. It is more complex and contains many scam projects. If we do not learn carefully or are inexperienced, it is easy for us to stick to these projects. You will lose money if you are not careful. So it's best to take a good look before participating in any projects.

Re: Do you trust centralized exchanges?

I think you heard the last news about the Turkish stock exchange:
https://decrypt.co/68703/billion-dollar-rug-pull-turkish-bitcoin-exchange-goes-dark
Customers fear a rug pull as Turkish crypto exchange Thodex abruptly halted trading.
At any time, money can be blocked for an unknown time.
Recently, I have not been trading on centralized exchanges and have kept as much money there as it’s not a pity to lose

I don't trust the exchange to be very focused, it has many risk vulnerabilities.
Some of the centrally focused exchanges I trust today like binance, kucoin. I've never heard of the exchange you mentioned, maybe my knowledge is limited.
Nothing is certain, although centrally focused exchanges already have information security. But I've never kept my money up here.

Re: BNB will remain valuable for a long time

on 11/05/2021, 15:16:57 UTC
While BNB appeals to the wider crypto users because the binance smartchain currently seem to have overcome the biggest issue that most cryptocurrency users have with bitcoin ethereum and the ERC 20 blockchain tokens. This problem is the speed of transaction and and the cost of transactions.
This is a problem  that BSC currently solves, and while a lot of people might argue that BNB is not a fully decentralized coin, i think it is worth noting that a lot of users dont care much for how decentralized  a coin or token is, they just want the solutions they it offers.
This is why i think BNB an the BSC will remain very valuable in years to come
This year BNB has developed very well, it gives users outstanding features.
It is advisability to invest in BNB, which is a good opportunity, a good and potential market. Unlike bitcoin and ethereum, BNB overcomes their limitations. I myself am investing in this currency, it will be a valuable currency in the future......

Re: What really makes a cryptocurrency successful
by

on 10/05/2021, 14:47:39 UTC
I wonder what really makes coin or token successful in the markets and the reason for this is because a lot of people state reasons like
"how good the project is, what the idea is all about, team etc)

But the truth is a large percentage of investors dont understand this technical terms when they read it and for all the claims of good team members, no one can really know how good a projects team is until the project progresses

So this makes me wonder what makes some projects instant success and gives them immediate acceptance from the cryptocurrency community
Is it profitable it brings?Huh
Its ability to store money is very high, No need to be too cumbersome
Transactions happen quickly, very conveniently
They develop good projects with the potential to attract investors to participate
It's as successful as it is now because it makes people believe in its value, believe the profits it brings.

Your advice is very helpful for beginners. Thank you for sharing. It must be said that the more people take advantage of the trust, ignorance of new investors to deceive them.
In this difficult economy, many people will cheat on others. Fraudulent projects, shitcoins are inevitable. Therefore, before investing, consider and find out the necessary information. Equip you with knowledge

Re: Do you get mad when the price of your cryptos go higher after you have sold

I have been investing in cryptos for some years now and i always have to fight a battle with myself whenever i sell some of my cryptos or close my positions in a trade and the price continues to go higher.

Sometimes i regret selling, while sometimes i just try not to look at the particular crypto anymore to avoid having regrets.

Do you also encounter this? And how do you deal with it?
Calming down and making the right decisions is the key to success. What we need is to analyze carefully before making a decision to buy and sell. Once you've made a decision, there's no regret. Practice accepting.
Maybe then it will go up very high, thinking we're unlucky. Set goals for the things that you invest in, when you have achieved it, stop, . No regrets

Re: Can Dogecoin reach 1$ soon?

The dogecoin has already pumped up twice with the help of popular persons like Elon Musk, now that many people are trying to invest in Dogecoin, expecting to have another madness on doge. So what if, Elon Musk and other popular experts stopped supporting this meme coin, is there are a possibility that Dogecoin reaches 1$ on its own?

Well, like what I've said, this is just a meme coin, no utility, no usage but what do you think will be the realistic value of Dogecoin for the upcoming years?
I don't think it can go up to $1. You know, the amount of doge is generated a lot. Recently its price has increased because of the influence of the market
And a plus for them is the low trading fees, which makes it insanely pushed up the price, if it can go up to $1, that would be a good thing. Because I hold quite a lot of doge. What do you think of its price...

Re: Ethereum on the rise: Sell or HODL?
by
infer
on 09/05/2021, 16:07:01 UTC
It looks like Ethereum is on a non-stop road towards success as people keep pouring money into it like crazy. With several upcoming upgrades on the Ethereum blockchain, things will only get better for the native "Ether" cryptocurrency. Day by day, I'm tempted to sell all of my ETH holdings for profit. But some are saying that ETH will be worth $5k or even $10k in the future. This makes me wonder whenever now it's a good time to sell or continue "hodling" until ETH reaches the aforementioned price range.

If you were in my position, what would you do? Would you sell all of your ETH during the current bullish market? Or will you "hodl" and wait until it goes to $5k - $10k? Do you think ETH's current prices are sustainable? If not, why? Any suggestions, or recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
If you do not need this investment amount urgently, then it is not recommended to sell. I see Ethereum going to go up in price.
This is a long-term investment you have to be patient, it will soon go higher. I believe that. Or you can sell a few, the rest continue to hold. I'm also keeping Ethereum to me.

When will this madness end?
Who is willing to pay such amounts for a transaction?

It is not known when ethereum fees will stabilize again. It's too high right now, it's a pretty crazy thing.
But they are trying to reduce fees to be able to compete. I think this will be resolved soon... Because partly ethereum prices are getting more expensive, fees are also more expensive....
Ethereum will then regain its position.

Hi Smiley I'm new to the crypto space. I'm looking at the ETH graph and I'm unsure if I should buy now. But its at an all time high, and I was taught to buy low sell high. I really don't want to be a sheep, but what if the price keeps going up? Should I just wait for it to go down and just buy the dip?
What is important is your investment strategy? You want to make short-term investments to make a quick profit, or you want to make long-term investments. If you invest short-term then ethereum is not a good option.
Do you have a lot of capital or not? Ether is a reputable and low-risk currency, it's suitable when you want to make a long-term investment and keep it

Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins
by

on 06/05/2021, 21:08:25 UTC
As information from CZ: 1.2 billion dollars BNB is transferred in 1 second, which takes less than 2 cents

On June 26, about $ 1.2 billion Binance Coin (BNB) was transferred in 1.1 seconds, for a fee of only $ 0.015 on Binance Chain, disclosures of this data were published on WhaleAlert , a platform that tracks important transactions. The exact amount of BNB transferred is 32,888,888. As a Twitter user pointed out, 8 is a number unlike anyone in Chinese arithmetic, quoting Wikipedia: "Number 8 is considered a good number that even some 8s are considered is very lucky ".

With such successes do you think BNB will become the All coin king?
Although BNB is possessing quite high value and the benefits it benefits investors are very stable. But to call the BNB the king of currencies is too early.
For example, comparing it to bitcoin, it must be said that BNB still loses a lot. Ether is no exception, transactions for ether are also more than BNB. It's an affirmation too soon...

I believe that ETH will reclaim it's glory back once gas fee issue is solved, there is also a big difference between BSC and ETH that will still make many prefers ETH, that's the fact that BSC is Centralized and ETH isn't.
Well, your opinion is correct. The issue of transaction fees has affected ETH, but it is still a reputable and good coin today. It's second only to bitcoin, although BCS is very well developed, I don't think it would be a better option than Ethereum.
Ethereum is still chosen by many people to invest anyway. I'm one of them, too.

Re: Online Education, the future of learning?
by

on 06/05/2021, 07:01:40 UTC
The year 2020 made us realize that we should be prepared for anything. So many jobs have been lost, businesses and establishments were closing. Schools have closed entirely as well.

So we are now into this new age that most of the things we are doing are online. Food, grocery, shopping, and most importantly, education. Schools have created modules for what they call distant learning. I know this is not that new, but I am just curious to know if this pandemic will change everything we know about.

I am not new to crypto or blockchain but I don't have any extensive knowledge regarding the technicalities. Do you guys think that there is a use case for blockchain on online education?
That's not a good idea, in my opinion. It is not reasonable to apply it to the sex industry. In other words, I'd rather go to school. Applying it to education will make us passive a lot.
heI think it should only be applied to store the data instead of keeping the paper data. This will be convenient for the teachers. Lectures and exercises can be put on it for students to conveniently look up. But it shouldn't be too abusive
