Hey everyone! I'm new to online gambling, meaning I have played casino games in brick-and-mortar casinos and placed some bets in the past, but it was a kind of one-time activity. The only thing that I don't understand is why most cryptocasinos require KYC? I understand this situation with fiat gambling sites, as they have to cover their asses with your KYC documents. However, in crypto you don't need to provide any proof of identity. So WTF? I see some casinos without this KYC requirements. That's good but they are not numerous.

True that. I myself reported, and not once, impostors of known crypto casinos on social media. They promise unheard bonuses, and some people fall for that, unfortunately, only to realize later(too late in many cases)that is was a trap, and that their deposits have lost forever. You can use social media to communicate with your close friends and relatives, but it's not the best place for finding a reliable info. This forum, however, is such a place where you can get reliable info on various topics, including cryto gambling sites.
But now people are using it as their main source of information instead of consulting specialized websites for the information they are looking for, and as such it is no wonder that people that come to the market and use social media as their main source of information are scammed so frequently.
I got your point and agree with that. The SM was designed for more private purposes. However, I think that this is great for us to have them as the source or the TRUTH sometimes. If you look through those websites with expertise, you will see that they are no more unbiased as they push you to buy stuff and not to learn more about a particular item or service.
I lost more than I won, I think most of us can share the same story. But the moral here is that caring too much about winnings is a lose-lose strategy. I simply play my favourite games and I pay to play them. If I manage to win, that's great, if not, well, I have paid my time in a casino.
^ That is why it is always against my ego to show my winnings, I felt guilty when showing my winning even though I know that the losses are more than what I have won. It seems I am fooling them by believing the wrong exemption which is thinking that I am a good gambler. If we manage to win, just simply keep it to you because showing victory is not necessary to me.However, I still respect everyone's decisions, if they wanted to show their winning, that is their life, and let them be. Probably in that way they become release the pain from a huge loss.
I agree with all those guys telling that winning should be kept in secret. And I also understand those rough marketers showing their huge payouts:). If you are not about marketing, you don't need to boast about anything. If you want to promote something, you will show your great winnings.

No, I think all ICOs have no interest in collaborating with government! It's silly

Why do you think different rules? I though ICO itself doesn't depend on the concept of project. Of course its result (successful/unsuccessful) does. But the general frameworks like certain soft cap, hard cap, transperancy, reasonable roadmap are the same for all.
agree, ICO regulations may differer in different countries, but the framework remains the same or very similar. However, ICOs registered in the states which have strict crypto rules, might need to go extra scrutiny in order it didn't turn our after the end of the token sale that it was illegal all along, and people will be left with nothing then. This, I'm sure, the HeadStarts is, if not already, has thought through. We would love to hear some detailed response regarding this issue.
