You misunderstand 
CoinRecycler is not a coin/wallet-based feature, and having CoinRecycler's IP exposed to exchanges is perfectly acceptable.

Visa wont do sh*t to this dev. This dude has built up a 200 BTC market based off of absolute shit. Shame on initial supporters who went through without verifying integrity.
