payeer is more like an online bank with many major currencies and it has added bitcoin recently. I've not used the bitcoin facility yet but I've got payeer card which works pretty fine like a debit card.

Do you use the premined coins for staking purposes ? If yes, that's unfair, because it means you get most of the stakes and thus of the rewards and coins created.
