Bitcoin has risen slightly but all Altcoin seem to be slipping back.
Is it normal or abnormal? I usually think the Altcoin will depend on Bitcoin.

You need to have some temporary trading charge called Gas. You can buy it on the exchange or directly in cash.

In technology, when you create an application and have many users it is successful, and in my opinion, Altcoin is similar, how do you create them for what purpose? develop what? ... etc, if it brings value to society then you succeed.
