I do not think that the campaign you mentioned is reliable. There are a number of suspicious activities involved in that campaign, OP, I will suggest you to go for BTC paying campaigns. Most of the campaigns there are escrowed and managed by experienced managers.

You can convert BTC to ETH later.

That is really a good option for new members. For people looking to offer their services here, it kind of brings more trust to the account which is the most important benefit in my opinion.

And then there are benefits likes the ones you mentioned like the limits getting reduced which results in better user experience. Also, it gives the forum an additional source of revenue thus benefiting everyone.

What you are suggesting is good for the forum and is also needed. But do you think that those members who are doing spam are doing that by mistake ? They are doing it intentionally and thus they do not care about the effects of that spam on this forum.

Also, they are not even going to read this post of yours. The members who are active o meta section are already following forum rules.

I agree that this problem exists. One suggestion I would to add here is that staff should use some accounts from newbie status and post in different sections to realize the depth of the problem themselves. I know this will consume some time but will benefit the forum with accurate evaluation of current situation.

I think you can invest some money in Nano if you are looking to wait for 1 year. Despite its simplicity, this cryptocurrency is currently working wonderfully.
