You need to buy them off bitmain nobody's got any they are pre order you will get scammed

FUNDS STILL MISSING!

I have received 2 automatic generated, shitty messages (i guess, sent to everybody) that i should have my funds on my ETH wallet.
ETH wallet is empty, BTC wallet is empty.

You will definitely get an answer, but I'll admit that support moves slower than you'd like when you have a lot of money sitting in limbo. It's happened to me with over 100 Ethereum. I will say that they ended up making everything right in the end but it was a super stressful process.

I'm sure support is being inundated by support tickets with prices going up so much on alt coins lately.  I don't think they prioritize tickets by the amount of money being traded but it would certainly feel better if they did.

2 days seems extraordinarily long though. Have you tried private messaging the ShapeShift rep here?

No i have not tried, because as you can see: "Last Active:   June 02, 2017, 07:26:17 PM" It is pointless.
Still no answer.

Possible scam?!

Hello, i made 2 seperate Bitcoin transactions through Shapeshift.io (BTC -> ETH). Combined value: ~ $8500 (3.182 BTC)
I have not received ETH and any refund. It is like 2 days now and i even have not received any answer to my ticket (59544).

What is most interesting, funds from their BTC addresses were moved!
It is about $8500 so i should have answer from them after 5 minutes with apologies. Instead of that i have been waiting for 2 days and NOTHING!
Be aware and wait for update from me.

It worked for me, I'd recommend not generating the seed on site...
If i would know that aeternity is scam then i would never fund them.
I think it's more of a bug than a scam unfortunately
