Think they are doing their very best, but you shouldn't forget it's a startup with big targets, so it's normal that not everything runs smoothly from the beginning.

I received my card last week here in Germany, it depends on the timing, when did you buy your card?

Received a letter without these numbers, activation was easy via app.
@Carina Go into the app and click on the card button, follow the steps then and wait, wait until you are in the row of the wait list

No, should be the last Point on the todo list - at the Moment their priority has to be to get the issuer implemented and get the cards out, scale the system up and so on, without that Nobody makes Money, so one step after annother, thats the only way that makes sense and i think they are on the right way.

This is old and it just needs a little longer - brendon from tenx mentioned on the slack that they are integrating their new issuer by the end of november. So no need to fud this great project, itˋs normal that a startup needs Time until everything runs smoothly.
