Try to setup 1 rig to test 24h but can use only 4 gpu, if try with 6 gpu 2 dont work.

Setup my config file like this:

I have a question, is possible to decode Claymore strap to use on other mining software like phoenix and trm.

I try this, install latest amdmemtweak xl and claymore 15.

First step: start claymore with strap option, all ok, claymore apply POL4H1 strap and start mining.
Second step: open amdmemtweak and check bios strap on strap control box.



But i see only orginal gpu strap not claymore new strap.

Only ckb works good, but if try dual get card not supported or similar error.

I proceed like this, I don't know if it's okay but I can have quite stable results.

Example with one Sapphire Rx570 Nitro 4 gb Hynix, vga bios coming with 2 different chip strap, Elpida and Hynix but my card is equipped only with Hynix H5GC4H24AJ.

I tested a lot of strap but memory limit without error is in range 2045 - 2050 mhz, acceptable mem error until 2070 mhz more than 2070 i can not go without thousand of error.

Overclock and undervolt from Phoenix Miner or with OverdriveNT with the same result.

Ref parameter is set to 30.

Clock > 1160 with ref 30 dont give me more hs so i set to 1150 - 2050 [ 925 - 900 ] for ~ 90w and go stable for days without error.

I can go down with core to ~915mv but after some time go to 0 h/s and restart.

Some question:

• for cvddc i made test with increase of 10mv each step, but effective cvddc in hwinfo is always a few mv less, exist a precise way to increase or decrease the core voltage? 6 mv step or 8 mv step or other?
• plus or minus mv to memory affect memory error?

Only a question, i spent last days to update my farm with good result.

With old version i start the miner, and then hwinfo for monitoring hw error and works fine.

Close the miner change clock restart all is ok.

With the last version if try to change memory, core clock, voltage or other settings i need to restart my rig
to be apply.

If try to run claymore at the same time with hwinfo, hashrate drop or crash.

Oc and voltage settings apllied or with command line or with overdriventool with the same result.

Other users with this issue?

After other some days of test for me JCE is faster than any other miner on old cards like 370 with 2 gb.
Can get stable on v8 515 hs at 1150 gpu 1500 core. Also on lite, fast, v7 algo is ok.

But surprising for me is on my rx 470 gpu, first step sapphire reference can get with 0.35b stable 840 hs on heavy with 1250 gpu / 1950 mem.
Some time is stable at more than 900 hs but after drop at ~840.

If jce solved the problem with hashrate stability was great.
