I gave a try to the 0.8.4 beta. I have 2 1080ti's they work fine on 0.8.3 but with the beta build the second graphic card doesnt mine.

edit: I was running phi2

Think you have to use -d 0,1 to specify the devices in this beta.

Yes, thanks it works now.

It modifies you memory timings so it works for everything relevant to that like Monero or other memory intensive stuff.

SP is correct. Why would anyone with less than 1000 rigs have access to semi optimized software! Heresy!

If you can make a decent CN7 or CN-heavy miner for nvidia it would be huge. Much better than x16r etc that have alot of developer competition on and already in the bag for nvidias.

Is it technically impossible for 1080ti to rival vega64 on cryptonite?

If Nvidia do reduce the warranties like that they will probably lose whats left of their tiny footstep in the crypto space. As it no longer makes sense to buy any gpus for mining anymore.

I cant imagine sending alot of $ to bitmain and hoping I get my asic shipped before its no longer really profitable or trying to get a repair service.

Allium:  My 1080 Ti saw a 28% performance increase (10.40 mH/s, from 8.0 mH/s), and an increase of 24% in power usage which I'm fine with (200watts, from 150w).

Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/2ggAfo3.png

Wow Nice results. Having a hard time going above 9.3mh & 2075mhz core with zotac amp extremes while consuming almost 250watts if left unchecked hehe.

Have you played around the Power Target %?  Here are the OC settings that I use for my EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC2 HYBRID:

  • Power Target: 80%
  • GPU Clock Offset: +50 Mhz
  • Mem Clock Offset: -512 Mhz

Sorry bro I had a few beers and I thought you were talking about phi2 Cheesy I guess 9.3mh is quite good for phi2. Although for best efficiency Im sticking with 8.25mh/s @ 160 watts.

TDP can vary alot specially since its mostly capped by temperature limit.  For example if your gpu is cool enough even at power limit 50% your GPU might be working @ 100% gpu clock and voltage so you get hashrate like 100% power limit.

SP mod miner is almost the same like Enemy's or Cryptodredge if you compare them by gpu clock/voltage.

Agreed, still having stratum connection interruptions occasionally it is noticable on the hashrate.

The automatic difficulty is not reliable for my tests on bsod atleast.  It was too low and was getting horrible hashrate poolside.

Thank you for the release.

I think this miner performs well and on par with Cryptodredge if you setup the stratum difficulty manually.

Im pretty sure Claymore's miners were ripped apart for a long time ago  and there are versions available with little to no fees. Still the vast majority of people use the normal devfee version.

SP is free to do whatever he wants with his miners but lets not turn this into "he will get ripped off and no one will pay devfees"

3.0.4 is still slow poolside on bsod.pw. I saw 3.0.5 being used on pickaxe.pro but couldnt find it in github. any worthy changes?

I can confirm that pool and miner hashrate are not consistent.

I tested for several hours although on the miner it shows really good numbers with 17mh for 2x 1080ti and 1x 1070. but on the pool it is atleast 30% lower consistently.

Hey man your miner was working flawlessly for me but after downloading v1.4 every once a while when I have a connection issue with the pool the miner stops and doesnt try to restore connection and mine again.

Should I add anything in the bat file to force retry or something?

Edit: Thank you Smiley

Damn man Titan V is really good. I have 2x 1080ti and 1x 1070 and consume like 400+ watts while doing 9mh total speed.
