Re: [ANNOUNCE] paccoin a new SHA256D coin is being introduced

My paccoin wallet has slowed down when 26,000 blocks were missing (14 days), and it does not update anymore. Any solution?. Thank you.

On March 29, I sent 450,000 pac for the exchange, to this address: ArUtzuRrCvkBQcK6KZrBsejt74EJjj9ZJC. The transaction is: 30fe8457050933e178c84cb5a4dd599567a9fea8a6c920c92211da536d715d66. But it does not appear in http://paccoinexplorer.us:3001/search! .. Are you cheating me, are you cheating me, this is a hoax ?, Why do not you answer me, if I have already sent several messages by email and on this page ?. If you do not answer me before 12 o'clock, I will denounce you in all forums, I will say that this $ Pac is a hoax! I'm tired of not receiving any response. Here nobody responds !, all this seems like a hoax! . Very bad you.

hey everyone i have been compiling qt4 wallets for a long while now and there is one thing that has been bothering me since i first got started and thats compiling wallets so they dont need the extra .dll files to run, i have added the following code to every .pro file and still it is hit and miss, sometimes it works and 99.9% of the time it does not work, is there an extra step i am missing? i compiled qt with the -static option and i add the CONFIG += static but again hit and miss

Code:
win32:QMAKE_LFLAGS *= -Wl,--large-address-aware -static

this has nothing to do with viruses or android, the person has a wallet they compiled on linux and the linux gui and cmd line wallet both fork or lose connections every couple of weeks or sometimes sooner

Re: nodes for new and dead coins and blockchains

hey everyone, i have been learning and researching about making new alt coins and also about resurrecting old coins and one thing i have not yet been able to find info on is nodes, how does one make/run one? what if i want to bring a coin back that has no connections and so i cannot download the block chain or find a copy of the blockchain, do i just set up a node for it and get it that way or do i mine the coin to get the block chain how does this work?
ironsniper, if you have specific coin(s) that were abandoned, but you find interesting or important, we can look at those. The ones with innovative technology, and the source on Github, we can recompile and launch the blockchain from scratch.

There are also instances, where an active community exists, but the original dev had disappeared, and the rest of the users do not feel up to the task of running "full nodes" in the cloud or making small maintenance changes and keep going. They are likely to have wallets and the blockchain as it last existed on their computers, and we can choose to assist them with a relaunch.

i can compile most coins no problem for windows, and mac as long as it is the older source code and not the newer source code that uses qt5 and as for bringing a coin back from the dead if i wanted to try that just to see if i can i would rather try and learn how to do it than say pay someone to do it for me, i find it more fun that way

Dead coin is dead coin. It is strange why do you want to run it from the scratch. But yes, it is possible to run a node with the latest blockchain copy and mining combined.
i am only learning, i am more for the technical side of coins, hence my op
