I am not a member of the Noso Project, but only a supporter of it at the level of side applications and the backend of Explorer. What does a mobile run at?
A current cell phone can perform close to 300Khs, A mediocre i7 with fewer cores than you mention gets the maximum rewardWhat does a mobile run at?

Perhaps you should first describe to us the fairest mining model you have in your mind. We will choose the best from the good, if you give us information.
If you haven't implemented something better, I think your criticism is pointless. In practice, a percentage of coins are distributed with a required, small amount of processing power.
These as prerequisites, have already created a large group of happy minerals. If you don't open to them, you are free to go ahead and participate with your many IPs in some other project

WATCH OUT!!!!!! these guys just scammed me for 600.00 bought the sinovate lil masternode it been running for about 3weeks tuesday the MN status reads STATUS: NEW_START_REQUIRED so i restarted it and it keeps coming back as expired! join there discords in about the hour i was in there they banned 3/4 people. 3 of there tech guys i spoke with were all calling each other scammers and then after al that they banned me too. so the mn no longer works and being u have to destroy your coins u dont get them back. kiss my 600.00 good buy stupid them cause this weekend i was going to buy in for the mid one at 3200.00. my lost is ur gain for info stay away u will not get anything from these scam coin.

Wrong. This can't be changed. Its set according to your IP time zone. The only way to change it is to log in to a different VPN or tor node. For instance, if you logged in without using a VPN your time zone would reflect the current time wherever you are in Russia. But you run all 40 of your accounts through the same VPN, thats why they all have the same Iceland-based Local Time.
