WHO CAN PICK UP YOUR ORDER

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, you must select that option during checkout. You'll need to provide the pickup person's name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her ID and the order number at the nearest post office.

Only you or the person you've told us can pick up your items.

PRE_ORDER

Pre-ordered items will be available for pickup on or after their release date.

Ship to Store

Some items may not be immediately available for pickup at your local post office, but can be shipped to your home address for free. Ship-to-post office items usually arrive at the post office within 3 to 5 business days. We'll send you an e-mail when your items are ready for pickup.

POST OFFICE PICKUP

Some items like laptop, and other major bulk purchase may be available for pickup at one of your local post office. If this option is available, you'll see it when you make a purchase.

Bring the same things you'd bring for pickup in a post office:
*Your government-issued photo ID.
*Your order number.
At the post office, look for a Will Call or Visitor Parking sign. Head inside and someone will be there to help.

To switch from Shipping to post office Pickup, call within one hour of placing your order.To switch from post office Pickup to home address, call any time. This option is not available for bulk purchase. if you're calling to cancel a postoffice Pickup order, please have your information ready.

They will hold your items at the postoffice for 8 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

A few more things to know:
There's no charges for post office Pickup. Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging. Please keep this in mind when considering what package you use to pick up your order.Allow extra time to pick up large items like laptop and bulk purchase. If you used a new webhallen pay with bitcon to pay for your order, but haven't yet received your tracking number forwarded to your mail, check your spam folder.
