Just bought another 200 shares today... 
with LTCMiner.net I really love the options of being able to use the multiple alt-coin options as well as bitcoin as payment too... makes so much easier..
And today with the adding the
50 Shares Package for $25 makes it even easier to rack up some shares..
just trying to sell some other things that arn't earning their keep anymore.. to buy even more shares..
definitely worth trying in my opinion.. start out small and see for yourself..

Do you mean that programmers can contribute to the HYPER MMO project and then start the game with a developed, high resource world which produces HYPER and other resources for them right from the start, as a reward? This is a great idea! Any programmers can currently join the project and be paid some HYPER based on their contributions, and I think your suggestion is great. Based on their contributions they can also have a resource rich planet or world to start with in the HYPER universe
