not only, but there have been very successful ICOs (e.g tezos), that aim to replace ethereum. If they dump to spread FUD about ethereum and other ICOs dump to cash out some of their fundraising it is completely logical that ETH is loosing value and all the ethereum based tokens as well.
Don't forget that ETH was around 80$ only two months ago.
