Is there ETA on fixing this issue in newer version of Armory?
High-S signing is fixed in 0.93.3, but if you're after official Mac binaries, you're not necessarily going to get them just yet. Downloads for Linux and Windows are in the top post of the thread "Armory 0.93.3 with BIP62 compliance"

I have finally managed to send mentioned transaction but during second attempt with much higher fees.
Here's a work around that you should be able to use until we release a fix:
When creating a transaction check the box for "create unsigned transaction" and click continue. Export the transaction, then import it and sign it. If you use cold storage you are already doing these steps.
Then instead of broadcasting the transaction, click the link labeled "For more information about this transaction". That opens up a Transaction Info dialog. At the bottom, click the "Copy raw TX (hex)" button.
Paste the raw transaction to https://blockchain.info/pushtx and click submit transaction.
Basically blockchain has already made the necessary fix to guarantee that the "Low S" is used, and applies it to raw transactions.

You don't need to export it. In expert mode:
- create unsigned tx
- copy to clipboard
- continue
- paste
- sign
- copy raw tx (the button is just there in expert mode so no need to open additional info)
- https://blockchain.info/pushtx
- submit
Unfortunately this has not worked in my case. I have received a message 'Non-canonical signature: High S Value' from blockchain.info.
What else can be done to send this transaction?

Yes, spread the workload!About the swap to PoS, as an alternative to exchange based, it would be possible to distribute a premine to match current funds for each and every address, with the explorer I could generate a "premine distribution script" that could do it.
This way while the blockchains would be reset, the balances would not be lost, without having to send funds to an exchange, so even people not aware of the swap would not lose funds (they could just copy-paste their old wallet, them do a rescan or import their private keys).
Being a script I can generate it multiple times , for testing or for "real".
If you (as in Rofo + community) are interested in that, just let me know. If that can help cut the switch complexity / cost down... The script would be publicly available for scrutiny of course.
This sounds like a good idea. If we decide to work on PoS migration ourselves we could use such a script.

In sierrachart feed I'm using bitcoincharts only for historical data (except using "-w" option to disable websocket), but delaying makes big problem - once bridge download historical data (delayed) and then start streaming quotes using websocket (realtime), there remain 15min gap without quotes in datafile, forever. And currently I'm thinking about some clean solution...
I can't confirm this. In my case sierrachart feed (when started without "-w") just downloads historical data then sits there doing nothing.
When started with "-w" option it works providing delayed data.

Do you mean BTC Trader does not have delayed data? Do you use different data source then?
Only if you're trading more than $1,000 (USD) worth will your commission be more than $7. I haven't personally traded on the stock market, but I thought $7 is what e-trade and whatnot tend to charge...
If you're dealing with more than $1,000 of bitcoins, then good for you and yes, it's probably worth it to try to find another way of obtaining that many. However, at that point it's probably worth it to have mtgox do the work of finding that many for you to buy.

Well I thought bitcoins should remain competitive against paper money. Why compare purchase of one currency with another one to shares purchase? Stock market commisions were always high. On the other hand if you want to buy Euro with USD you pay almost no commision at all on Forex market. Since bitcoins are alternative currency commision should not be same as on stock market.

Well, there is always some risk. All we can do is to minimize it. Fiat currencies have its own issues. Some economists say US government will default in the future and value of USD will go down sharply. Others make pessimistic predictions about Euro. What else? You can buy gold, but unless you are going to keep it at your house you have to trust someone to store it for you. You can buy stocks but again you have to trust other people.
Being paranoid is also costly. If you keep all your money/gold/whatever in well secured vault in Swiss bank then you have to go there if you want to spend some money. The same applies to bitcoins. You can choose to trust no one but in such case it will be probably impossible even to buy single bitcoin because how are you going to buy it without taking any risk?
Too much trust is bad and can cost you money. But no trust at all is also bad. It also costs you - time and lost opportunities. In the end everyone should find his own golden mean.

Nowadays you can bet on many things.
I just wish there was an easy way to go USD into the bitcoin market. Currently mining and waiting for dwolla but its slow going.
You can wire your money into MtGox account. However I do not like 0,65% commision on trades. It is higher than on stock exchanges!
You can use firefox plugin NoScript to disable javascript globally and allow it only for sites you trust.
A lot of analytics sites use images to do their tracking. When a browser loads an image it sends a request to the host that the image is on and can include lots of info from the client's machine in the request (e.g. ...image.jpg?extra=data&more=data, and that data can be dynamically provided via javascript). So it can be very effective for getting information about a client and the client need not even click on it. But it is no more effective than a link in altering a client's computer (other than its pixels, obviously).
