Re: Welcome to 2020, the year of cryptocurrency bull market.

I am of the opinion that the bull run will come as a shock to many people. It will just start rising and gradually surpass 20k ATH of 2017. I think we are due for a new bull season after the lows of 2018/19

Re: Using Crypto at Gas Stations
by

This could work if designed as a subscription offer for gas. Like pay for certain litres of gas with crypto at a time then head off to your gas station to redeem your gas by refilling your tank?

Re: Future of BNB?

Well, it is pumping now... However, we don't know how long it will be sustained for. I would hold BNB though. The CEO seems to be very intelligent with his business and the project will last for a long time to come.

How is the rewards going? Is this still sustainable? I mean, is there any particular use for the BAT token being earned aside just to sell on an exchange after receiving it as rewards for ads viewing

Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors?
by

on 15/01/2020, 13:51:17 UTC
I see those bonuses as the best way to attract investors but to be honest, its a sham. If a project has value, investors would be the ones begging to fund it but there are too many shitty projects out there and the owners know this. So, they peg juicy bonuses to attract funding.

It is a SHIT project if you ask me and I wouldn't bother about it. If you are so determined to invest in crypto then go for the top ten coins on coinmarketcap or seek out token sales like the one in my signature

Re: Ethereum sees 367% spike in number of new addresses
by

When I read this news I thought it's a good driven post for ethereum as its reached certain number of transaction on their network then you will see its just due to creation of a unknown or might probably shitcoin under erc20 and eth blockchain.

That's the problem on smart contract projects such as eth. Platform can easily be used but the sad part there is it can be used for potential scamming.

This was exactly what came to my mind when I saw the headline. Just some jobless devs trying to experiment with the Ethereum blockchain by creating some more worthless shit tokens

I'm worried about what to buy right now as most altcoins I bought previously have left me in a right financial mess. I will take my time and observe the market well enough before jumping but btc is still my most profitable asset.

I think the only people that know about coins I keep are people I never met in real life before. These are my friends I met during my early beginning in crypto. My close family and friends do not have any idea of crypto

I do appreciate the kind gesture from CZ but I believe he was only using the disaster as a means of marketing his company. Binance CEO is very smart. It feels like the donation is similar to paying for media publicity in Australia.

Altcoins have disappointed a lot. Did you see bitcoin go below 1k USD in price? But here with altcoins, you see them dip below their starting price and just keep going further down. I have had $245 worth of coin dip to $0.72cents worth. Altcoins are not safe for investing.

The main motive is to make money. Both the devs and the investors are all after making money and that is what drives the creation of many altcoins and shit projects. Invest wisely fellas. Don't get carried away by whitepapers and hypes

Re: Creating A Solution for Adult Media & Product Industry
by
jagaban
on 09/12/2019, 07:39:27 UTC
I'm yet to see any successful crypto project with project aim to revamp the adult industry (all I've seen are outright scam sorry to say). I've gone through the website and it looks more like the usual adult industry joke projects, I might be wrong anyway. Can I have the link to the messenger app since it has been developed? Also, are there project backings for this project? Seeing the token sale countdown on the website  reminds me of the ICO days. Why not sort for better token sale options if the team is real, go for IEO on a fair exchange for instance or initial model offering. Personally I think blockchain technology cutting across many sectors shouldn't leave out the adult industry, but the previous approaches to this regard have been failures, I hope your xmyra doesn't have a negative motive, the end will tell.

Yes I agree. I have seen some other crypto-based adult projects failed to perform like Gingr and RachelX where the devs just went on indefinite vacation after supposedly raising funds from the IEO

Re: Has anybody else joined the PI network yet
by
jagaban
on 07/12/2019, 13:28:53 UTC
This is the site for it, https://minepi.com/ It basically is a new alt coin that mines on your phone its getting big in china for some reason, You need a beta invite code to get access to it which is just my username if you wanna check it out, Its on IOS, Seems cool.

Yes i use it. The idea of this app (project) is actually to make everyday transactons as simple and useful as they can be (paying with cryptocurrency simply by mobile phone...and the Pi Network app will be used as a wallet)

I checked the both of your profile buy it seems you two are only came here just to promote pi network?
It seems a multi account

How did you come to this conclusion? There are thousands of people mining Pi and anyone can come here to promote it without it meaning they are all alt accounts belonging to one person

I think your friend is right. Many of the altcoins will die surely as most are not even sticking to their roadmap plans. I will advise people to focus only on projects that are working and operational or better still just invest money in the top coins Btc and ETH

Re: why every IEO on P2PB2B exchange?
by
jagaban
on 06/12/2019, 16:08:05 UTC
This is because it is a cheap-ass exchange. Lots of project owners will rather save money by going to this p2pb2b exchange for IEO than go to expensive ones. also, there is a rumour that they also manipulate volume of crypto assets there. Might be why it is an attractive choice for lazy devs and potential scammers.
