it is 830 MHS now. It must be a bot or ASIC miners or 1000 R9 290X cards. only the user can tell.

Shouldn't the pool notify about block change? maybe that would reduce the rejected ratio a lot more.
Plus, my sgminer is using my failback pool A LOT, really A LOT. Maybe an EU server? (please??)

Yes you can decrease Intensity in order to reduce rejected. I'm doing an experiment to see if this can help as it has been reported by Terk (admin) but I was not yet clear whether it actually works. My Cgminer Settings cgminer.exe --auto-fan --temp-target 82 --temp-overheat 85 -I 13 -g 2 -w 256 --thread- concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1050 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-powertune 20 --temp-cutoff 90 --gpu-fan 80-100
At I 13 there are not HW errors
And also i am getting the following status

1. My rejection Rate is very High bRejected: 83.9 kH/s (13.8%)
2. I am running Sapphire R9 280X. The cgminer show avg 728 KH/s where as on the website 631.7 kH/s 24-hour Average.
3. As per the website the BTC per day is 0.01218 BTC/day per MH/s.Based on this calculation the BTC/day for 700 KH/s must be .008526. However i have only 0.00565835 BTC. i e 34% less than pool profitability.
Please advise

How long are you using the pool? Expect at least a day before drawing conclusions. it is true that the percentage of rejected is still high but the values of profitability is not wrong!
