It's hard to win a huge amount when you only have small amount of capital. You will need a lot of luck and it would take you a lot of time before winning a huge amount which is also hard since some games aren't good for long run. I haven't experienced winning huge amount (well we have our own definition of huge amount) since I don't gamble a lot, only if I have free time and I don't give much amount on my capital. I won't risk much money on gambling cause gambling is just for fun and entertainment for me.

Others may think that tobacco business is only a small one but I disagree. I don't know in other countries but here in my country, cigarettes are everywhere. According to what I have searched, ONE company (philip morris) produces over 800 billion cigarettes each year... It only shows that cigarette business are not a small time. Imagine if you sum up each cigarette brand's production.

To conclude things, cigarette businesses are not small and it can help to increase mass adoption. The bigger the companies who'll accept bitcoin and other coins as a payment, the bigger chance for bitcoin to achieve mass adoption faster.

2140 is still way too far from today. There are a lot of circumstances that might happen within the coming years. We never know if bitcoin were still existing when we reach 2140. I have never read a book regarding cryptocurrency or bitcoin. Well, I am not even a fan of reading books and I don't see books about bitcoin being popular here. The nature of bitcoin is digital and we tend to rely more digitally than physical books (even on other cases). Gathering information about bitcoin is much easier online. It takes more time reading the whole book if you're only looking for a certain information. This is only my opinion, and if other want to read books about bitcoin, then go. I'm not stopping you.

Probably yes, if we work and continue to spread the knowledge and existence about bitcoin. Actually the popularity of bitcoin is increasing and it's possible. My old classmates, knew and heard about bitcoin maybe because of me and now, my new classmates already already heard bitcoin. They don't fully know about bitcoin and crypto but they're already familiar with it. That's why I believe that majority would've heard and read bitcoin after ten years.

You know the risk it includes when using public internet cafe when accessing personal and important data and account. If it's very important, we should not risk it considering the fact that you might lose all your money. In public internet cafe, there's a lot of possibilities, it is not safe there. Internet cafe are more prone to hacks, viruses, scams and etc that's why we should always be careful to avoid it. But by doing that, you just make yourself vulnerable. Although you have no choice, it's better to make other choice or find a different way. As for me, internet cafes are the least of the options. You should also be careful on the internet cafe, if you have already rented there or you know the owner and if you think it's kinda trust-worthy. I can't help you with the ATM thingy since I haven't even seen one personally nor tried it. And I also have no plan of it as a business but you should also consider the popularity of bitcoin in your place. Whether there are a lot of users that might use your ATM or not. Start your planning before purchasing one. It's always better to start with a plan. Estimate if you'll be able to gain profit from it, how big is the possible profit, and the time.

What you're saying is almost impossible. We cannot live in a fully decentralized world where everything we do is in our own control and no one would be controlling us at any aspect. Unless everything you do, use, and such are your own. If each and everyone can create and make their own internet, money, things, then you control your own. But since you're in a country govern by someone higher than you, and you're using something you didn't make, then they can still control you . It's possible if you have your own country where you're the only one living there. But you know the saying, "no man is an island"? We cannot live by our own. With only ourselves. We always need someone to help us, to accompany us, and such.

There are cases where people are not capable or knowledgeable enough to understand other cashless payment option. In addition to that, not all entities (especially small time businesses) are also capable to accept those kind of payments. Fiat is the traditional one and everyone are used to it so it's hard to replace everything when people grew up using paper money. A scammer who stole your bitcoin and then returned it to you afterwards? So what's the point of stealing it? Maybe it's possible if the one he scammed, caught him. His identity and others so he have no choice but to return it. Though I haven't experienced nor encountered it yet... It's possible but with really low chance of happening, unless he realized that what he's doing is wrong.

I don't play that much, only if I have free time and it depends on the nature of the game and also on my mood.
