I would not suggest you sell. At the moment you have a paper loss but if you sell you will realise that loss. Is it possible to change into other coins that may increase faster and above the price you paid? If you believe they will not drop further then if you do not exchange it is probably best to hold for recovery. Because if I sell it now, if will be FOMO which will cause me lost more crypyto amount.

I would go for 50/50, both coins have to co-exist actually as they grow or fall together, you will profit if the cryptomarket increase its market cap overall, its true for scenario like btc up eth fall,After all, if you keep the etherium and bitcoin will fall - the etherium not only will fall in the ratio to bitcoin so also to the dollar that in a double is not profitable.

While some countries have explicitly allowed its use and trade, others have banned or restricted it. Likewise, various government ...But some countries already legalising it, recently Germany legalised the use of bitcoin. It won't be easy though, but i think some of this country making it illegal will soon be left behind and they are going to be forced to join the moving train which may be too late for them.

Now of course, Ethereum is the best performing ICO of all time. At least for now. But, not every Initial Coin Offering is going to hit those ...making an investment after the ICO or as soon as a token is already within the market, is greater beneficial however nevertheless depending whether or not a new token is promising or not.
