Re: Do long term holding profitable in all cases?
by
jakoylantern
on 08/11/2019, 18:44:06 UTC
For me, no long-tern holding bitcoin and another cryptocurrency can't totally guarantee you that it will be profitable because no one can say that cryptocurrencies price will increase after 2-3 years or in the future. Most people are just saying that if you bought bitcoin at its highest rate, which is almost 20k, just hold it even no one can say that bitcoin's price will increase at that year/ moment. Just hold it and believe that bitcoin can rise again because there are only a few ppl that predicted that bitcoin would reach at 20k. They can only predict if the value will increase or decrease depending on there TA; also, take note that is not 100% accurate. But what are the reason why you invested at bitcoin and other cryptos ? just hold on the reason and don't overthink too much, especially if you can afford to lose the money that you invested. Smiley

Re: Cryptocurrency usage will boost economy or make it worst ?
by

on 08/11/2019, 17:12:11 UTC
For me, it depends on the usage of cryptocurrency will be because if it will use to some legal proposes that the government has rules and implementations, especially in pay some taxes, it will be tough to both sides that make it worst. But if the usage is all about in fast and alternative transactions, it will boost the economy because of less queue, less transaction fees, quick, etc. But it will only happen if the establishment and costumer agree to the regulations that the government will implement. In short, it will boost the economy if cryptocurrency becomes legal and accepted by the state. Smiley

Re: 5 things you need to know before trading crypto
by
jakoylantern
on 08/11/2019, 16:24:18 UTC
For me, most of the people said its correct. The first list in my mind before entering trading cryptos is known as the nature of the trading industry, like what is the difference of trading crypto to a stock market ( which is cryptos price is very fluctuating, and it can be volatile by an hour ). The second thing is you should learn the basics of trading and gaining some knowledge. The third one doesn't be afraid to ask, to try, to explore, to failed ( at first attempt) because it will help you to become a better trader. The most important is don’t spend some money that you can’t afford to lose because in this kind of industry there's no easy money, especially if you don't want to make any effort. Smiley

For me, bitcoin was introduced by my friends and told me about cryptocurrency. The things that I can do and the way how you can earn some money. First, I'm not interested in it because I'm busy and can't focus very well on the bitcoin industry. But when I got some time and needed a new source of income, my friend tells me about this forum. After that, I join to this community. I search and learn many things about bitcoin; reading continuously, and gathering information is genuinely the best key. Smiley

Re: Is it possible to receive a donation in bitcoins?
by
jakoylantern
on 07/11/2019, 12:36:49 UTC
In my life, complete devastation. A debt hole formed. The family is disappointed in me. Banks do not give loans and debts must be repaid immediately. The only person who stayed with me is my wife. I love her so much. I can’t cope with these problems and only my wife holds me in this world. Is it possible to receive a donation or a crypto loan without collateral online? And how is this best done?
Yes, it's possible to receive a donation in bitcoins. But the question is, who will give you a donation? I don't mean to offend you. But if your life is complete devastation, the first ppl that will help you is your family, your close friends, and relatives. If they don't want to help, you give some more profound reasons why a stranger will help? Because the ppl that know you most don't want help to your problem. But this forum has a tremendous opportunity to give and can help you with your problems. Just don't lose hope, mate. Smiley

Re: Risks with using trading Signals
by
jakoylantern
on 07/11/2019, 11:24:58 UTC
For me, yes, there is a risk of using trading signals. For me, trading signals can only help you at the beginning, especially if you are newcomers in trading that want to have an experience. But you need to learn and gain some knowledge about trading, don't rely too much on signals because at the end of the day you will be trap depending too much on trading signals. Learning on your own mistakes and experience is still the best. Smiley

Re: bitcoin goes down, no new rich people anymore
by

For me, the bitcoin price rate right now is not that high if you compared its value on the ATH moment of bitcoin. But even the price of bitcoin is low at the moment there is still some ways that you can do to become rich will the help of bitcoin. The ppl that become wealthy because they trust bitcoin's capability, they don't panic sell, they do there calculations, etc. But right now, there are so many TA showing up that bitcoin's price will increase and might reach another ATH or 22k. Re: How to learn bitcoin trading?
by

on 07/11/2019, 09:28:23 UTC

No need to ask people for the trading purpose, you just search in this bitcointalk platform and you will get huge information regarding your desire, I think Google is the best platform for getting any help towards learning anything, I can give you some advice which could help you for making your decision whether you could take or not, I think this platform is not stable anymore so as a newcomer you might face a huge difficulties when you trade, so I think if you have invested in Bitcoin then Holding could you make comfortable rather than trading, If the price will high then you may sell your Bitcoin, that's one of the easiest ways to make money. so the decision is yours.
Yes, I agree with what you said because in just reading many articles in this forum and outsides to this forum, you can have a piece of massive information that you need to learn. Different personality has a different demand so the only thing that I want to advise to newcomers and advice to me, in the beginning, is to spend so money that you can afford to lose because in this kind of industry the cryptocurrencies price is very fluctuating unlike to other investment/ stock market. Re: Are Crypto Transactions Traceable?
by
jakoylantern
on 06/11/2019, 16:41:19 UTC
For me, transactions are traceable because blockchain has a record of all bitcoin transactions, and these transactions are in public that anyone can see. Also, all miners will confirm your transactions to another miner to confirm it. That's why its called peer to peer. But except names, you are given a bunch of code/ address so that you have a unique name. But most of the local exchange has KYC and gives you only one address, so if you transact using their wallet, they can identify you. Smiley

Re: How can we get people to use bitcoin as a currency?
by
jakoylantern
on 06/11/2019, 11:00:13 UTC
For me, I still depend on the country if its legal, depending on the person and especially its acceptance status. If bitcoin is legal to there state and many establishments accept it as a payment/ ordinary currency, many people will see bitcoin as an alternative currency that they can use to make their transactions, payment, queue, etc. much easier. Also, its the primary aim of bitcoin to become the alternative currency, but we all know that there are some problems and issues making ppl to loathe bitcoin. Smiley

Re: How did you start trading?
by
jakoylantern
on 06/11/2019, 10:11:34 UTC
For me, I start by watching some videos and gaining some knowledge about trading. After that, I join some groups to ask some people about the things that I can't understand. The money that I invest in trading/ bought is about 20$ at the moment. The first day I trade is by following some signals to some ppl/groups, and I gain about 2$, and I'm so happy on that time because my first and day attempt is profitable, but the sooner I lose the money but teach me a various lessons and experience that keep and build me a better trader. Re: Bitcoin in High School Syllabus
by
jakoylantern
on 05/11/2019, 18:03:14 UTC
Depending on the point of view of the students, it will be good for them to know so early in the phase of their life.
I believe highschool is too early for them. Instead of studying on such thing, they should more focus on vital subjects particularly math and science because they are the most difficult ones. If studying crypto will be added in the curriculum then it would be much appropriate in college. Hmm, maybe this can be added on Basic Economics and absolutely on those who are taking Commerce related courses.
Yes, I agree with what you said, that it's too early for them to study that kind of thing and focus on primary subjects that inevitably will help them, especially in the future. But it depends on the country/ curriculum of the schools because they want to teach their students the economic factors that can be done using cryptocurrency, and also, this is their new way to teach and view the emerging currency. Re: What do you think about Bitcoin and the games industry?
by
jakoylantern
on 05/11/2019, 17:32:35 UTC
For me, the bitcoin and the gaming industry have a massive factor if it comes to online gambling using cryptos. But if we are talking about the well-known gaming industry, they much focus and partnering on the huge computer companies so that games will buy new computer rigs so they can play smoothly, with maximum effects, etc. But speak off accepting bitcoin as a currency. Some companies accept cryptos like regular currency, as some ppl said, so I think that there still a possibility that the gaming industry uses any technology that relates to cryptos, but not that high for this moment. Re: Why Bitcoin ATM is increasingly widespread?

For me, because of the increasing acceptance of bitcoin, that's why bitcoin ATMs are now widespread. Also, it makes it very convenient for those ppl that are using bitcoin, and also it can attract many ppl to try/invest bitcoin and do some research & study about bitcoin like giving them a curiosity about bitcoin ATM's. I'm looking forward to bitcoin ATMs to entice more investors and to grow this community. Smiley

For me, I usually use bitcoin to my online gambling and some other alt-coins, especially if my favorites sites accept other cryptos. But I'm not only gambling with my bitcoin/ cryptocurrencies. I also bet using fiat money but in the real casino, and to some betting sites that don't accept cryptos. Smiley

Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not?
by
jakoylantern
on 04/11/2019, 17:18:33 UTC
All those people in that picture are ignorant about online gambling? Why they are waiting on queue to gamble such a stupid thing and more we are not going to have any fun with such crowded place.

Maybe they still find excitement in the real casino compares to online gambling. Or they really don't know if online gambling is available for them or not because they only see the real casino is the best place to gamble. We don't know what their reason to still play on the casino like on the picture. When gamblers decide to play whether, in a real casino or online gambling, they will choose what they think will give them satisfaction.

Yes, I agree with what you said because, in the real casino, you can feel a different excitement, entertainment, environment compared to online gambling.  We can say that they don't know online gambling, but even they know online gambling, it still depends on the person what will they choose. Like me, I know various online gambling sites that I can go to and play, but the difference is when you have some friends/buddy that will come or invite you to play. The experience, entertainment, satisfaction that real casino can give you is different in online gambling and vice versa. Smiley

I wonder why people blame doc? Nate should have protected himself better. The doc has done the right thing - saved the health of the fighter.
It might not be the best stoppage but the doctor is there to take care of the fighter and his health and not to satisfy the audience and i will watch the rematch but Jorge Masvidal is on a good momentum and i would like to see him fight for the belt before going back to the rematch and Nate Diaz have the option to carry on with the Conor trilogy as Conor expressed his wishes to return.
Yes, I agree with what you said that the doctor is there to take care of the fighter and not to satisfy the audience. That's the doctor's job to make sure that the fighter will stay safe ( able to fight with his/her circumstance) also the additional info is that if the doctor let the fighter to fight even to her/his condition the doctor will be blamed to what will happen after he/she got re-examine. But some fans will be surely angry because one of his interview he said this " The doctor played me, he asked me if I’m good, I said cool. He goes back to the other guy and says the fight’s off.I’m like, ‘What the f***’.”

Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money.
by
jakoylantern
on 04/11/2019, 09:53:25 UTC
It often happens that people go out to play a variety of games of chance with a certain amount of money, but in the end they spend everything if they are gone. How to prevent which technique you base yourself on to spend no further. It's hard to just give up, people persistent in gambling that day, so they can't just tell themselves they'll try tomorrow. Why is this difficult? Is it because of greed?
It's in fact mostly because they win. When you lose each time, you'll give up because you never win anything. You'll think it's just a losing game and move on. But when you win small gains from time to time, you'll go on.
That’s the attitude of a occasional gamblers to let go when they lose and realize that there is something wrong and this will save them from losing more.

But things changes if we are talking about regular gamblers and those addicted because for sure the more they lose is the more eagerness of winning and won’t stop until losing everything

This is the sad reality of gambling and the only chance to remain safe?be responsible gambler and always look for way out and not to get in
Yes, I agree because once they become addicted to gambling, they can't stop it even the consequence is losing everything. But that's in the side of an addicted gambler, but if you are not addicted to gambling and just trying to have some fun, try to have some budget that you afford it to lose because if you want to earn/ have some profit, it's precarious. Re: Bitcoin is never going to be extinct

Bitcoin is never going to be extinct
I believe its consensus will be higher and higher in the future.
For me, there is always a probability that bitcoin can be replaced. But if we are talking about extinction that it will be gone the percentage is very meager especially at this moment because bitcoin is the founder of cryptocurrencies, most well-known crypto, the acceptance and legality is much higher compared to another cryptocurrency, and also we know that many cryptos/ alts are created because of bitcoin. But still no one knows, extinction is real.  Smiley
