Re: will any new project will do payment with ETH ?

some time lately, I have seen several projects making payments using ETH. I did not say that new projects will die but they might use this alternative, so my conclusion is whether this will be a new era in 2020 where all projects will make payments using ETH or other coins that are already on the market, or is it just a coincidence that they use this method, to avoid a very drastic decline in value when listing on the market?
the initial appearance of IEO was also ignored but it boomed in mid-2019.
share your opinion, any advice will be apreciate  Smiley

I've noticed that sequence of projects making ETH payming method.
However I think it is temporarily and in the long-term DASH will be the one to be the most used payment method.

Re: What if crypto vanishes?

What will happen if crypto vanishes overnight or due to some or the other reason if crypto becomes inaccessible to public? I know this does not make sense as crypto will not vanish but still what if it happens? What about those huge chunk of investments made by whales and other investors?
Stock market will flactuate crazily because the investors and traders from crypto will shift to market based platform. Another thing that might happen is that banks will be overhelmed since there are expected huge volume of crypto investors who will now decide to just keep their money at banks because they don't have any plan yet regarding where should they put their money. Lastly, traders will either decided to go  for forex or stock exchange which isn't a big deal for them since whatever they learned in crypto trading can be applied there.

I also expect that people won't ever meet their funds if crypto vanishes.
That will cause even crazier fluctuation of stock market

Re: Question about MarketCap and Cashing Out

Unfortunately, you can simply change the market cap by choosing different exchanges...
Just the difference from Coinbase and Bitfinex right now would make the market cap swing by 600 million.
Really useless metric, especially since it is obvious some coins will never be sols as they are lost forever.
I've always wondered why in the world do exchanges put that metric anyway.
So it shows basically nothing important for us users

About OP's question - I think the market works in other way. People decide what price is fair for things (especially when it comes to currencies).
The more people want it - the higher price basically.
Person who buys BTC for 95k will wait until he can sell it for 105k. And all that time while he waits - more people wants bitcoin and price goes up (or the opposite way if BTC lacks popularity)
