Re: Experty ICO is hacked

This is where vendors like SelfKey a blockchain based ID verification system can prevent or mitigate these types of disasters. Anything on a database can be hacked but not  on a blockchain. Polymath a securities based company with one of the biggest token sales planned is using Selfkey for KYC.

SelfKey has the most potential if they attain their roadmap targets. It's much more powerful than Civic with selfkey you can even apply for citizenship in various countries. I'm wary of anything NEO based as NEO is indivisible how can it be traded efficiently?

Re: Telcoin potential in market cap

This is a good idea but how will they market this as a value proposition to mobile operators in the third world who already have their own "mobile money"? Airtel is a multinational telco and already does this in their local markets. The only advantage I perceive is in international transfers but then telco competitors would have to agree to use a common standard and they could just develop their own rather than use telcoin.

Re: Invest $500 in Altcoins

You may be better off just buying $50 of the top 10 coins by marketcap. I saw on Reddit that if someone had spent $1000 and bought $100 of each of the top 10 coins on January 1 2017, that portfolio would've risen to $43,000 by Dec 3rd 2017. This includes the meteoric rise of Bitcoin but who knows if Ethererum or Litecoin will have a similar rise in 2018?

Since, Veritas is one of the top 5 most liquid token at ED, maybe Reggie & team can apply for listing at Kucoin.
Kucoin is very open and receptive to new token listing and I don't think they will be biased.
This will help 1) provide Veritas with a lot more liquidity, 2) additional alternative beside using ED, and 3) potentially push Veritas to much higher high.
It just takes Reggie & team some willpower to apply for a listing would do.
Isn't VeAIDR a potential competitor to exchanges? Maybe that's why it's not widely listed.

Yes! Best of luck to the VERI team and all VERI holders in 2018! Big tings a gwan!
Veri's been progressively rising since the limited beta  VeADIR release despite fluctuations in other cryptos eg bitcoin and ethereum.

1 VERI for 100 ETH worth of exposure. I wonder, if Veritaseum can make available 1 VERI for other cryptocurrency worth of exposure (like bitcoin, litecoin, dash, ripple, etc), will that increase the market value of VERI?
VeAIDR will trade various cryptocurrencies eg OMG, I suggest you watch Reggie's video where he demonstrates the beta.

Veritaseum P2P Capital Markets Ready for Beta. See DEMO

Explanation of VeADIR's ability to "Veritize" a multitude of diverse assets, not only Ethereum ERC20-based assets (existing digital tokens, in plain English). Note the silver, gold, real estate, BTC & Monero exposure available through VeADIR, on blockchain  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dc27u8ilk0&feature=youtu.be&t=7m
I'm concerned whether this application will gain regulatory approval. Didn't his previous attempt at this ultracoin fail to gain regulatory approval? VeADIR's so revolutionary the established markets may try to block it.

I called VERI when it bottomed at $49, said it will never be this cheap again and encouraged people to load up. I predicted the $200 within timeframe and now my $400 mark by end of Dec is being reached compfortably. My prediction for the end of Jan is $1000 ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.

The VeADIR is revolutionary, the utility of each token will be worth multiples of the trading price of Veri (whatever the price of VERI might be). This means that it will become increasingly difficult to buy Veri as there is more value in keeping them, the price offered once VeADIR is released in Jan will increase rapidly. Once people understand what VeADIR does we are talking several 1000% price increase in very short amounts of time.

If you can afford it, now is the time to load up, it's no longer about wether the price is rising too quick but about not getting locked out of the game Undecided
BTC is crashing but VERI's only down 2-5% should I switch my BTC to VERI? I'm wary of Etherdelta though, last time I bought VERI ( 3 mo ago) my antivirus detected abnormal activity and I haven't returned there since. Does anyone know if the site's free of malware now?

Always invest money you can afford to lose and don't expect a quick windfall. Dollar cost averaging with Bitcoin (buying a fraction per month) and investing in some altcoin is your best bet. This is a long term investment LTC rose from $2 to $48  in 2013 and crashed back to $3 before rising again this year to $300.

Issues with Electrum and Verge (XVG)
by

Hi all,
I'm unable to send verge to my Electrum wallet. It's either offline or synchronizing and still doesn't register the test amount of XVG I sent 12 hours ago. Is there a fix or an alternative wallet I can use? Thanks in advance for any advice.
