Everything was bought new except the wifi adapter which was open box refurbished. Everything was used for about 2 weeks and I had to call it quits for reasons outside of my control. The 6870s were hashing between 350-420 khash/s a piece when mining litecoin depending on my settings/OC.

I think the question of trust is an interesting one. It seems most people on this board immediately jump to calling someone a scammer if they don't have a long past here. I'm one to trust someone until they are proven to have done something wrong. A little naive yes, but how can anyone prove they are trustworthy if someone doesn't trust them first?
What does it take for handling capacity to increase?

Seriously! I may sound harsh but why are we even allowing these threads outside of 'newbie'? You don't know that x86 Windows can't address more than 3.8 GB of ram, and you are asking cryptocoin mining questions. Seriously. ALL of this could be answered better with a single Google search.
Well if you don't know what's wrong to begin with then google won't help at all. It's also not just x86 windows. It's any 32bit operating system.
Three letters. PAE. 32 bit OSs are NOT limited to 4GB of RAM... God, people.
If you care to Google that look at the first page which is wikipedia and look at almost all the 32 bit are limited to 4GB.

I'd like to turn a profit mining BTC because honestly it's the only coin I know much about and I've already started a bit with my current computer.
I picked X why (new parts)?
Mobo - 3 PCIe slots for expansion, all x16
Case - Cheaper, fits better
PSU - Will be able to hold all three cards
GPU - Can turn a profit and will buy 2 more once the rig breaks even
I also picked this GPU because it's a powerhouse and I read in multiple threads that it was a great miner with stock clock getting around 600MHashes/s and overclocking to around 800.
Things I need help with
At the current low price from mtgox, BTC are $120. What is the projected date to break even with one card running 700MHashes/s? (Does not include the cost of electricity)
What is a rough estimate of this rig making in profit per week?
Is this rig worth investing in?
Whats the best and safest way to exchange BTC to USD?
If not BTC then what's a coin that will turn a decent profit (hopefully +15-20$ more than profit per week)?

It's ASIC. ASCI is nothing that I know of.
But to answer the question it's the buy in to mining these days. I wanted to mine but didn't have the money to swing anything. When I finally do get the money for a little rig there's huge media attention and ASICs are coming and everything kinda goes to shit. So I turned to litecoin.
You need a 64 bit OS if you have more than 4GB of RAM.
May i ask you if know why there is this limitation on x86 os? looks strange to my (little) of the computer world...
There's a lot of reasons but 32bit is only enough to address 4Gb of memory. It works out in the conversion factor but it's kinda difficult to explain. 64bit have a total of about 190ish GB if I remember correctly. And the memory capacity is accross your ram and GPUs. So not only are you overloaded on your RAM, but the system can't see the GPUs memory either. Switch up to 64bit and suddenly you'll lose a giant bottleneck.

Damn I'm back so soon. But what does "local deposit location" or "more local locations" mean on bit instant "pay from" drop down bar? I want to use 7-11 but it is not listed. I hate The Duane Reade and CVS near where I live, they are assholes and will surely ask for ID 
Why not deposit straight to an exchange and use the time you have to wait to get educated on everything. The price probably won't change that much in the day or two it takes.

If the CPU is the brain, the GPU is the muscle, the case is the skin, then the PSU is the blood. Don't skimp on the power supply. Get a lower power PSU from a better manufacturer. It can make all the difference, believe me.
Also get 80+ gold certified at least. That'll insure you have a good efficiency and aren't wasting watts at the wall.
Edit: and whether you have one or multiple rails shouldn't matter if it's a quality PSU
If your goal is to make 1BTC a week minimum, that would require 2500+ mH/s. With that set up, you will make .06-.08BTC per week. But you have room to add more video cards. Consider an ASIC Miner maybe?
ASICs are expensive and he said he's trying to go cheap. If you want to wait for a while I know of one DIY ASIC project. It's in the planning stages still but it seems to be coming along nicely. I don't have the link at the moment but I'll post it later. Low cost you probably won't get an asic outside of that. There's also 28nm FPGAs coming. I've only seen one but they quoted a 200-300 price range if I remember properly. But that might be a few months off as well.
