Virtual chain is set up based on the main chain for the basicdevelopers to easily and efficiently develop with block chain.Unlike neo and eth where the developers need to pay to the mainchain, developers can use it freely in the first 3 months (the termcan be modified by HDSS on their quarterly meeting). HeteroDimension has the right to make the decision of the prohibition ifthere is any abuse of resources in the free trial period. If there isany objection, developers can lodge a complaint within 1 weeks,the HDS team will make the right handling according to thesituation. 3 months later, you can pay a monthly fee based on theuse of the main chain resources by HDS, and the monthlyexpenses can be finely adjusted according to the previous use. Ofcourse, more virtual chain developers allow miners to enter intothe virtual chain for mining which can be used to deduct monthlyfixed cost and is also conductive to rich the macro-ecosystem ofmain chain, virtual chain developers, miners and users.

Mining Algorithm

In order to avoid excessive concentration of calculated stress,and resistant to the mine ASIC, Hetero Dimension uses an innovativegovernance scheme, and the principle of Hetero Dimension is efficiencyand fairness. Since the HDSS doesn’t have to be supported by mining,we suggest so mining without contributing the calculated stress throughmine pool. Influence factors of mining efficiency: CPU, GPU, networkspeed, free disk space. The rankings according to the importance are as follows:

2. Free disk space (1T)
3. GPU (graphics power, such as Nvidia, ATI, etc.)

HDSS Congress

In order to better manage the HDSS macro-ecosystem and makeprofit for the initial backers, kicob decided to set up HDSS Congressmechanism. It is similar to Dpos trustee mechanism of BTS but higherthan that.
