their are many way to get profit first is Airdrops are good free money but not all are worth to join and to hold. I find day trading as a bad habit of trading in my experience but I know there are traders there are that earning more than enough. But that's my experience, I regret that I did day trading before and I transferred my long term holding to day trading and that's my mistake.

And they usually ask you to downlaod an app, register in their website, join a telegram group, follow them on facebook, follow on twitter, etc. They want to have many subscribers and followers to show that they have a lot of fans.

 foy my own opinion long-term investments are very risky, you need to analyze and read a lot about each coin / token  beucase if want to get a high profit coming from your investment make sure your coin / token you choose are under going in review and if you look the coin or token are great way not to invest it very much

for my own opinion if you sell your token now i think your profit to get comming from your token are very low and i think are you losing 30% in your promise because of market are crashing now but if you hold your token in a long term i think you get a high profit brcause base on my predicted all of altcoin token are growing up in month of december and if you hold your token you get a great profit it is my own opinion

For now it's not possible to find out to get a high price in all ico's because if yourico choosen by you are  good project in the future. but usually for the beginning of the distribution of token bounty the price will always go down .. because many of the bounty hunter sell their tokens the result of payment campaign .. my suggestion to be held first after the token division bounty.wait hold and get new stable price after it was sold
