We decide to move forward to continue our project growing up. For that reason, we have taken some decisions that will help us to reach our goals.
Our project whitepaper was written by people living in Venezuela, at the start of the project, the team believed that knowing the country’s needs will help to reach people and it will a success due to other projects were working in the same path but excluding the use of the blockchain. With that idea, we focused all the efforts to reach people without the blockchain knowledge, and our ICO and the first development were targeted to those people, which gave us, as a result, an ICO failure.

Also, we realized that the blockchain world is very different from what did we think it was, and we found out a lot of people that tried to scam us, and maybe some people did. But we learned an important lesson, failure it’s just an additional step for success, and all the new knowledge will help us to build a better project and community.

We found out some security issues in our current smart contract that we need to solve, for that reason we are going to upgrade our contract. Those people who purchase our token in our ICO will receive the same amount they are holding. We will airdrop the new token in a ratio of 1:1.

Those people who participate in our bounty campaign will need to pay a fee of 0.05 to activate their token and receive it on their wallet.

We will blacklist all wallets that scammed us and they won’t receive any reward from the token update or any current or future benefits from our project.

What can you expect as a KOI holder from now to the future?

New KOI distribution:
We premine all the token in our current contract and distributed them into wallets for futures releases and the token sale was executed by a contract. We are going to change this in the new contract, to mint tokens it will necessary people to purchase a pack which could be bronze, silver or gold. VIP pack will be reserved for investors who acquire tokens through https://mcafeedex.com/?#KOI-ETH at 0.00013000 per token.

When people purchase a pack it will create the token and it will send to the address. The person who shares the purchase link will receive 30% of the pack value in KOI (this token will be minted and delivered to the referral account) plus a commission in ether, that is how the token will be created in the future.

We will configure our smart contract to release a fixed amount yearly, this amount will be distributed between holders. 2.5% of the yearly airdrop will be sent to a developer pool, to increase the number of apps where people can use our token.

Our max supply won’t change. We are only going to release a total of 5,000,000,000 KOI

How are we going to distribute the incomes?
Every pack sale will give incomes to the project, we are going to distribute those incomes as follow:

So, from the new implementation to the future this is how earnings will be distributed, we want in the future this project could be decentralized and more people come to use our tool.

What other benefits will receive the KOI VIP holder?
We want to build a complete ecosystem, we are working with 0x protocol in order to launch our owner ERC-20 decentralized exchange. Maybe we explore other protocols, but 0x looks very promising to build a robust app.
The commission per transaction that could generate the exchange will be distributed in the ratio 80% — 20%, where the KOI VIP holder will receive 80% of the incomes, the rest will be used on marketing, and get our token listed on an exchange.
