No not yet, Lets get everyone on board. We don't want to launch without everyone on the same page on specs. We have Mega Big developments but do require everyones approval first before continuing.

129,999 coins as a premine seems excessive, with the low per block rewards.
Total coins from POW are a maximum of 1.82M, which puts the premine at 7% of POW. Less than that of the total for POW+POS, but it's still a large chunk.

I'd love to see some sort of code-based scheduled payment over time, instead of a lump sum all up front. Having developers sitting on a large chunk of coins (>10% of the first 1000 blocks in this case), right when trading is likely to start and hit at least a local peak, is what concerns most miners/traders about premines.
Barring a code-based solution, which may be difficult to achieve in a short time, the common solution would be to escrow the premine if you feel that amount is needed.
