I have a problem with install Expanse wallet. My wallet is charging me a week already. The next blocks that come out are faster than the previous one, so it comes out that I never get loaded. Do you know what might be the problem?

Guys I have a problem with the NAVcoin wallet. I sent today 5000 NAV on bittrex and the coins have not come. According to https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nav/#!rich I have 2000 NAV less than I have currently on my wallet. Actually it is 7000 NAV less, because these 5000 NAV did not come. Backup wallet I did when I had even less coins, so I do not know what to do. I will add that I have version v3.9.0.0-UT wallet.
UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM TO 4.0.1.1
and then re send your coins.

No, they should still be there. If you were in the 3.9 wallet your wallet.dat with the 5000 coins will be in the NAVcoin2 folder. The 4.0 wallet.dat is in the NAVcoin4 folder. You can replace this. The video shows how to make a backup: https://navtechservers.com/tutorials/Full-Node/
