How did you verify if the Playerup account belongs to him? Anyway if it is, it's a bit fishy that 8 out of 14 positive feedbacks were sent on the same day (9/2/18).
You can't get your money back. You lost BTC, but you've avoided using a fake Binance account. (Fake because it's not you who did the verification for that account)

Im buying Binance account from him. After i paid him via bitcoin and tx got confirmations. He said the TX can charge back and dont accept. I request refund but he didnt reply me about 2 hrs. He declided refund and take my money.
