As I know, some countries such as Korea wanna ban Bitcoin. Recently, Attorney General Park Sang-ki of Korea said the new law was being drafted to close the entire virtual currency trading floor in the country, and said that trading was turning into gambling so he wanna ban Bitcoin in his country.

Therefore even the most determined buyer could not buy all the bitcoins in existence.

I think the answer is yes. If a new and better coin is released, Bitcoin will be replaced.

Online account/ money/ system are often hacked and Bitcoin is also an online money so I wonder whether it had been hacked in the past?  

I heard that we can buy Bitcoin via Credit card or Paypal but how and where can I buy?
