szbpool have an horrible ping and i have a lot of reject shares and p2pool have more problems than i can manage, wallet hangs every few minutes under ubuntu and is a pain in the ass make a windows p2pool because compiling python

Last week i was trying to make a personal mpos pool in a virtual machine but i have to admit it is too hard for me. I propose to collaborate and make a MED pool, first test it with few miners. I can pay for a vps for 2 or 3 months but i dont have the knowledge it requires.

Im still mining MED, finally i succed on p2pool mining on windows if anyone want to left that crapy chinese pool i can explain hoy to mine this on p2pool. i set up a pair of U2+ and waiting for a U3+, i think i can do a good solo mining with more than 60Ghs

Now the hasrate of the net is half than normal on mid-2014 and the price of MED is barely high, its a good time for mining MED again

Anyone is mining MED?

szbpool is under heavy DDoS every 2 or 3 days, anybody have a p2pool running up? is worthy to set up one p2pool node? if i set up one node can i have a DDoS atack on my personal computer? i'm thinking on set up a p2pool but i doubt  if i'll be ddos'ed if my personal ip is published here. Someone is interested?

I think they have some kind of problems with the mail service because the upper post is for same the problem, I just send a contact form on the pool's web page, but i prefer to also write here. Hello to all the bitcoiners, im here praying for some help, the problem is related with BTC mode in a gridseed.

The same proble in Linux and Windows, i have an Asus P8H67 mobo with an Intel G1620, 4GB of RAM and a AMD 5970&7870, i also tried dual mining with a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H with an i5 2500K and a venerable 8800GTX. I tried with Ubuntu 12.04.2 and Windows 7 Ultimate, 64bits both.

I managed to mine scrypt on both PC with windows but BTC/dual mode is imposible, again and again cgminer throws me an LIBUSB error, i googled a litle bit but the LIBUSB web dont give me any kind of help. Im using this guide with the cgminer suggested, im stucked here by since last thursday. If someone is capable of help me with this i will send him a bounty

I have to append that gridseed is plugged in a USB2 port, i tried to connect to differents ports and i run cgminer with sudo comand.

IT'S WORKING!! jeje thanks folks, i have my little machine working, something was blocking the communication between proxy and pool, i only changed to another pool and the proxy has connected to it, inmediatelly the Cube has start mining. I changed to slush's pool that is the default for the proxy. The problem was that the proxy was unable to connect to the bitminter pool, but for sluch pool it works like a charm. Thanks for try to help me guys, thx a lot. One more question, can i mine scrypt with Cgminer-Kalroth (a mod of cgminer) and sha256 on another Cgminer?

I dont understand how to communicate CGminer with the Cube,i have some experiencie with mining Litecoins but nothing at all with ASICs and it is a bit confusing for me, the guide of Dogie on this website only talk about Cube's setup but dont talk about mining with it, some people use bfgminer and dont use proxy but i prefer cgminer (more trusted app i think), one more time thanks for the help.

Hi guys recently i bought a Erupter Cube and i'm near to cry... i read guides for a while and my cube isnt hashing at all, i dont know where is the problem, i have Win8.1 with 191.168.1.10 IP, my router is on 192.168.1.1 and my cube is on 192.168.1.254

I tried bith cgminer and bfgminer, and anything is working, the most i advanced on this is that cgminer recognize a know usb device, but it isnt working, ive tried also mining_proxy for bitminter pool, but it didnt work too. I used the Zadig utility for changing the COM driver into a USB driver for CGminer but i didnt know if it is correct. At the end i run CGminer and it throw me an "error -3" and say me that a dont have privileges to access the device AMU.

Now i give you some screenshots of my config, i have to say that i have some Android devices connected to the router but i can append another router to the main router to connect the cube. Please let me know if you guys need some extra info.
