New Wallet works fine for me, I actually think the integration to the wallet is going to be good. I've been beta using for a little while so just set up some stuff i'll be offering services for when it goes live. No customers yet but I guess its closed loop right now.

Is the beta invite only? I invested at the crowdsale but haven't received an invite yet?

I wonder if this means that that the Chinese State will have less control over the Yuan but it means on a good note that it is a trusted and respectable player among world currencies..At least the Yuan is a much more solid fiat currency to invest in I think for the time being..

Don't go running to invest in it just yet!

Re: UK Joins Air Strikes on Syria
by

Ministry of Defence (MoD) bosses warned Prime Minister David Cameron against claiming there are 70,000 moderate Syrian rebels ready to fight Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL), fearing the assertion would echo Tony Blair’s Iraq “dodgy dossier.”
The revelation comes after the House of Commons voted to extend airstrikes from Iraq into Syria, with the first bombs falling hours later.

According to the Times newspaper, military figures also feared Cameron’s claim of such a rebel force may lead MPs to wrongly believe there was a ready-made army on the ground in Syria, therefore influencing the vote.

They're busy fighting each other in Syria.. Its a messy place right now

Started off with a meagre amount of BTC. Made alot through some lucky good buys on alts, and then took a big beating on others. Ended up about the same.

Yeah but the problem is of course if governments with their endless money and power can create Quantum Super computers before anybody else and just decide to wipe out BTC for good before the cat and mouse game can even start..

around June 2013, ignored it initially, then seriously looked into mining.. Got scammed by a bunch of mining companies, then decided to buy BTC straight up.

I lean on the libertarian side so I look for an exchange that does not overly require information about their customers, particularly when making withdrawals

Why do you consider bitcoin to have failed? The price is not the only thing, or even the main thing that measures the 'success' of Bitcoin.
